What we build for you
A strong brand is more than a beautiful logo. It is the promise you make, the way you sound and how you show up consistently everywhere: on your website, in your app, on social and on the side of a bus. M7 translates your story into a brand identity that is strategically sound and visually next level.
Know what you're asking for.
Logo, identity or full brand: what do you actually need?
Most conversations start with: we need a new logo. Sometimes that is true. Often the real question sits one layer deeper. A logo is not a brand, just as a tie is not a personality. It helps to pull three things apart:
- A logo is your signature. Short, recognisable and the same everywhere.
- A visual identity is the system around it: colours, typography, imagery and icons that make you recognisable even without the logo.
- A brand is the story and the promise underneath. Why you exist, who for, and why someone chooses you.
Is that story already sharp and does your look just need to catch up? Then a logo and identity are often enough. Can you not explain in one sentence what you do and who for? Then start with strategy. Otherwise you design something beautiful for a question nobody has answered yet.
And do not forget the voice. A good tone of voice works like an accent: one sentence in, and you know where someone is from. Starting from scratch? Then sort out a good name and the domain name right away. It saves a lot of puzzling later.

Pretty is not a strategy.
Five mistakes we often see in branding
Building a brand is not rocket science, but there are a few classic traps. These are the ones we see most:
- Starting with the design. The conversation ends up being about favourite colours instead of your customer.
- Designing for the boardroom. Whether everyone inside likes it matters less than whether your audience gets it.
- Only looking at large sizes. A logo that looks great on a building can turn into a smudge as a favicon or social avatar.
- Chasing trends. What feels fresh today will look like an old holiday photo in a few years.
- Skipping the guidelines. Then every colleague, printer and freelancer goes their own way.
That last one is the quietest mistake. A brand does not wear out in one go, but through a hundred small exceptions: a slightly different colour at the trade show, a different font in the quote, a stretched logo on a banner. A clear brand book prevents that. With ready-made templates for presentations and print, your brand stays sharp, even when a whole team is working with it at once.
Without strategy, every design choice becomes a debate about taste.

Launch day is day one.
What a branding project asks of you, and what happens next
A good brand is made together. That does not mean weeks of meetings, but it does mean being properly present at a few key moments: a strategy session at the start, the presentation of the concept directions, the feedback rounds and the final sign-off. Bring along the people who will be working with the brand later. A director who only joins in the final week can still tip a whole project over.
Then the real work starts: your brand has to go out into the world. That is why we plan the roll-out from the start, so everything lines up at once:
- Your website and web shop in the new style, through websites and web shops
- Photography and video that match your imagery, through photo and video
- Print, signage, vehicles and trade-show materials
- Changing your name or domain? Then redirects and search visibility are part of the plan
That way you look right everywhere on launch day, instead of spending six months with two logos side by side. And your team knows how the brand works from day one, because the guidelines and templates are ready to go.
A new identity on an old website is a new suit with worn-out shoes.

Automotive & MobilityDealers & garages · Car care & detailing · Parts & tuning · Mobility & leasing · Funeral & special vehicles5 audiences
Dealers & garagesCar dealerships · Franchise dealers · Used car dealers +5
For car dealerships, used car dealers, garages, inspection stations and workshops that want more sales and service enquiries, from franchise dealer to independent car business.
How Branding helps dealers & garages
Recruiting mechanics with real footage
A careers page and short videos from your own workshop show mechanics and inspectors what it is like to work for you. That says more than 'we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague'.
How does a garage or car business find good mechanics?
Show what the work is really like with you, because good mechanics can choose. A careers page with photos and short videos from your own workshop, honest info about hours, training and tools, and an application that takes two minutes on a phone. With employer branding and targeted campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok you also reach skilled people in your area who are not actively looking. Your own mechanics are your best ambassadors.
Car care & detailingDetailing studios · Car care specialists · Car valeting companies +2
For detailers, car care studios, valeting companies, coating and PPF specialists and wrap studios that want their craftsmanship to look as polished online as it does on the car.
How Branding helps car care & detailing
A premium identity for your studio
A calm, strong brand you see everywhere: website, workwear, van and the card you leave in the car after a treatment.
How do you get a visual identity for your detailing studio that feels premium?
Premium comes from calm and consistency, not from as much chrome as possible. A clean logo, a limited colour palette, strong typography and above all images of your own work. We carry that visual identity through everything: website, workwear, company van, business cards and the card you leave in the car after a treatment. For JURGH Detailing, for example, we built a dark, luxurious website with large imagery and calm animations. That way a customer sees your eye for detail before the first appointment.
Parts & tuningCar parts web shops · Tuning companies · ECU remapping specialists +2
For car parts web shops, tuners, ECU remapping specialists, exhaust and wheel specialists and performance parts suppliers who want customers to know for sure what fits their car.

Funeral & special vehiclesFuneral car services · Wedding car rentals · Classic car specialists +1
For funeral car services, rental companies for hearses, wedding cars and classic cars, limousine services and other businesses with special vehicles and a personal service.
How Branding helps funeral & special vehicles
An identity with quiet class
A logo, colours and printed matter that are dignified and timeless, from the website to the card the driver hands over afterwards.
How do you make a limousine or chauffeur service come across as premium?
Premium lives in the details: a restrained visual identity, well-groomed drivers in the photos and vehicles shown well from every angle. Show your cars in the setting where they belong, at a hotel, a church or a gala, with good photography. Keep the website calm and the booking simple. Anyone who books a limousine mainly expects everything to just be right.
Transport & LogisticsRoad transport · Logistics & warehousing · Terminals & inland shipping · Couriers & removals · Fleet & leasing5 audiences
Road transportTransport companies · International hauliers · Refrigerated transport companies +1
For transport companies, international hauliers, refrigerated transport and bulk and tanker transport firms that are looking for drivers and want to show customers what they are good at.
How Branding helps road transport
Employer brand for drivers
Show why drivers want to drive for you: the equipment, the routes, the atmosphere and how you treat your people.
How do you show you specialise in refrigerated or tanker transport?
By being specific. A shipper in food or chemicals is looking for a partner who knows their requirements: temperature logging, certifications, ADR and cleaning. Give each specialism its own page with those details, examples of loads and the certificates you hold. That helps in Google and with a buyer comparing suppliers. With SEO content and clear positioning you become the haulier for that one type of cargo, instead of one of many.
Do truck graphics still matter now that everything is online?
Definitely. Your trucks pass a lot of people every day, including future drivers and customers. A calm, recognisable design with your name and website stands out more than a trailer full of text. Make sure it matches your website and vacancies, so people who see you on the road recognise you online. We design vehicle graphics in your visual identity for trucks, trailers and vans, and deliver print-ready files to your sign maker.
Logistics & warehousingLogistics service providers · Warehousing companies · Fulfilment companies +1
For logistics service providers, warehousing and fulfilment companies and freight forwarders that want to win over shippers and web shops and connect their processes.
How Branding helps logistics & warehousing
Recruiting order pickers and forklift drivers
A careers page and campaigns that show what a shift looks like, with schedules, travel time and colleagues. Applying takes a few minutes, in other languages too.
How do you find order pickers and other logistics staff?
By being quick, clear and close by. People want to know what shifts there are, how far the commute is, what they will earn and what the atmosphere on the floor is like. Put that on a short vacancy page that works on a phone, in your staff's languages. With employer branding and Meta Ads in the region around your warehouse you also reach people who do not search job sites. Call applicants back the same day, because they often apply in several places.
Terminals & inland shippingContainer terminals · Inland shipping companies · Shipping lines +1
For container terminals, inland shipping companies, shipping lines and port companies with many parties, lots of data and a customer service that has to keep running.
How Branding helps terminals & inland shipping
Recruiting for the quay and on board
Crane operators, planners and skippers are not picked from a pile of CVs. Use stories from colleagues to show what the work at the terminal or on board is really like.
How do you find crane operators, planners and skippers?
By showing the work as it is, including the shift work and the weekends. People who choose this trade want to know what equipment they will use, what the schedule looks like, what training they get and who their colleagues are. Short videos from the quay, in the crane or on board do more here than text. With employer branding and targeted campaigns in the region around the port you also reach career changers.
Couriers & removalsCourier services · Same-day couriers · Removal companies +1
For courier services, same-day couriers, last-mile delivery firms, removal companies and self-storage businesses that need to be found fast and want to schedule requests straight away.
How Branding helps couriers & removals
Recognisable vans and workwear
An identity that works on the van, the moving boxes, your team's clothing and the website. Customers see straight away that a professional company is at the door.
How does a removal company show it is reliable?
By being transparent and showing your own people. Photos of your team, vans and equipment say more than stock images. Explain how a move goes, from the survey to the unpacking, and what you do if something gets damaged. If you are a member of a quality mark or trade association, show it. A recognisable visual identity on vans and clothing and a clear website complete the picture.
Fleet & leasingTruck and trailer rental companies · Commercial vehicle leasing companies · Fleet management companies +1
For truck and trailer rental companies, commercial vehicle leasing companies, fleet management firms and telematics providers that help transport companies with equipment and insight.
How Branding helps fleet & leasing

Real Estate & BrokerageEstate agents · Property & development · Valuation & advice · Property management & lettings · Commercial & agricultural property5 audiences
Estate agentsEstate agencies · Residential estate agents · Buying agents +2
For estate agencies, residential agents, buying agents and agency chains, from independent office to regional chain with several branches.
How Branding helps estate agents
An agency with its own face
An identity that holds up from the for-sale sign in the front garden to your email signature and brochure. That way you stand out among chains and franchises, and sellers remember your name.
What makes a good website for an estate agent?
An estate agent's website has two kinds of visitors: buyers browsing listings and sellers looking for an agent. Many sites forget the second group. We make sure listings load fast and look good, and we build a clear route for sellers: who you are, what it costs, what you have sold and how to request a valuation. With your own visual identity and real photos of your team, it feels like your office, not yet another template.
How do I stand out from online agents and large chains?
By making visible what a seller gets extra with you. Use real sales stories to show how you market a home, how well you know the area and who picks up the phone when things get tense. Sharp positioning and polished presentation, from photography to brochure, make that difference tangible. And be clear about what your service includes, so sellers compare like with like.
Property & developmentProperty developers · Area developers · Developer-builders +3
For property developers, real estate investors, property funds and new-build agents, from a handful of new homes to a complete area development.
How Branding helps property & development
Name and brand for your project
A project name, logo and visual language that suit the location and the audience. From site hoarding to brochure and socials: one recognisable story from the first announcement.
How do you choose a name and look for a new-build project?
Start with the place and the people you are building for: a quiet village scheme calls for a different story than urban apartments. A good project name is easy to say, evokes the right image and is still available as a domain name and on social media. With naming and a visual language that tell the same story on site hoarding, website and brochure, your project is recognisable from the first announcement. Also have it checked that the name does not clash with an existing trademark.
Valuation & adviceValuation firms · Residential valuers · Commercial property valuers +3
For valuation firms, residential and commercial property valuers, real estate advisors, building surveyors and energy advisors.
How Branding helps valuation & advice
A look that inspires trust
A calm identity for website, reports and email that conveys independence and expertise. No frills, but recognisable, and as careful as the reports you deliver.
How do I show that our firm is independent and reliable?
By making it concrete. Show who your valuers are, with their registrations and specialisations, and explain how you work: from assignment to report, and how you safeguard independence. Client reviews and a calm, businesslike look do the rest. With clear positioning you decide what you stand for, for example residential, agricultural or commercial property, so the right clients find you. We leave out exaggerated promises, they do not suit the profession.
Property management & lettingsProperty managers · Owners' association managers · Letting agents +3

How Branding helps property management & lettings

Construction & ArchitectureConstruction firms · Finishing trades · Building services · Architecture firms · Prefab & modular building5 audiences
Construction firmsContractors · Construction companies · Renovation companies +4
For contractors, builders, renovation, maintenance and restoration firms, civil engineering contractors and construction groups, from a family business with a steady crew to a builder with several branches.
How Branding helps construction firms
Identity from site board to van
One recognisable style that works on scaffold banners, site boards, vans, workwear and quotes. Legible from a distance and sturdy on site.
What belongs in a good visual identity for a construction company?
More than a logo. A construction company shows up in places other businesses never do: site hoardings, scaffold banners, vans, workwear and the site cabin. A strong visual identity has to work there as well as on your website, quotes and LinkedIn. So we design with that whole range in mind: legible from a distance, sturdy on a muddy scaffold and recognisable at a glance. Smart, without shouting.
How do I find new tradespeople for the building site through my website?
Carpenters and site managers do not read long job ads at a desk. They scroll on their phones, in the evening or in the site cabin at break time. So we keep construction vacancies short and honest, with real colleagues in the picture and an application that takes a few minutes, CV optional. With employer branding and short videos of the actual work, shared on social media, you also reach people who are not actively looking yet.
Finishing tradesFinishing contractors · Plastering companies · Painting companies +4
For finishing contractors such as plasterers, painters, tilers, floor layers, ceiling and partition installers and window frame specialists, working for homeowners and contractors alike.
How Branding helps finishing trades
An identity that matches your craftsmanship
A polished logo and a calm identity on your van, workwear, quotes and website. If your plastering or tiling is flawless, your company may look the part too, especially when you work for contractors and architects.
Building servicesInstallation companies · Electrical installers · Plumbing companies +3
For installation companies, electrical installers, plumbers, roofers and specialists in HVAC, ventilation and solar energy, in housing, commercial construction and renovation.
How Branding helps building services
Recruiting engineers and apprentices
Show what a working day looks like, what people learn and who they work with. With a careers page as down-to-earth as your crew.
How do I find engineers and apprentices for my installation company?
Good engineers have plenty of work, so you need to show why your company is better. Think honest stories from colleagues, clarity about training and progression, and footage of real jobs instead of stock photos with a hard hat. With employer branding and short videos on social media you also reach people who currently work elsewhere, or students unsure about an apprenticeship. After that, applying should take just a few minutes.
Architecture firmsArchitecture firms · Landscape architects · Urban planning firms +3
For architecture firms, landscape architects, urban planners, architectural drafting offices and structural and building consultancies who want to give their designs and expertise the stage they deserve.
How Branding helps architecture firms
A brand that carries your design vision
A logo, typography and tone as considered as your buildings. Restrained where needed, distinctive where possible, from website and site board to presentation.
How do I translate our design philosophy into a brand?
Start with what makes your practice different: your view on place, materials, sustainability or the way you work with clients. We first capture that story in a short positioning, and only then in logo, typography and imagery. For architects a restrained visual identity often works best, because your projects play the lead. But restrained is not the same as interchangeable, and that is where the work lies.
Prefab & modular buildingPrefab home builders · Modular builders · System builders +4
For prefab home builders, modular and system builders, timber frame builders and makers of tiny houses, granny annexes and temporary housing.
How Branding helps prefab & modular building
A brand that signals quality
Among some buyers, prefab still has the image of a stopgap. Considered positioning and a polished look show that this is a fully-fledged, comfortable home.
Interiors & ArchitectureInterior architects · Interior fit-out & joinery · Showrooms & design retail · Kitchens & bathrooms · Contract interiors5 audiences
Interior architectsInterior architects · Interior designers · Interior stylists +2
For interior architects, interior designers, stylists and design studios, working for private and business clients.
How Branding helps interior architects
A brand that matches your signature
An identity that carries your design style, from logo and typography to moodboard templates and quotes. Recognisable, without shouting over your work.
How do I find clients who match my style as an interior designer?
By choosing clearly what you stand for. A designer who does everything is nobody's first choice. With sharp positioning you define your style, your audience and your type of projects, and you show that consistently everywhere. Write about the questions clients ask you, share projects on Instagram and Pinterest, and team up with contractors, interior builders and showrooms that already know your kind of client. That way the right enquiries come in more often.
Interior fit-out & joineryInterior fit-out companies · Furniture makers · Bespoke joinery workshops +2
For interior fit-out companies, furniture makers, bespoke joinery workshops, staircase builders and specialists in made-to-measure wardrobes and wall units, for homes and projects.
How Branding helps interior fit-out & joinery
Workshop video for new colleagues
A short film from the workshop shows what it is like to work for you. Craftspeople are quicker to choose a place they can be proud of.
How do I find skilled people for my workshop?
Furniture makers and interior builders take pride in their craft, so show what they work on. A short video from the workshop, stories from colleagues and photos of finished projects say more than a list of requirements. Be honest about the machinery, the variety and the room to learn. With employer branding and a careers page as polished as your interiors, you stand out to craftspeople who currently work elsewhere.
Showrooms & design retailInterior stores · Design showrooms · Furniture stores +3
For interior stores, design showrooms, furniture and lighting stores, flooring and window decoration shops and interior experience centres, with or without a web shop.
How Branding helps showrooms & design retail
Brand experience from facade to brandbook
A brand that tells the same story on the facade, in the showroom and online. For DesignersHouse we captured that in a complete brandbook.
How do I attract interior professionals to my showroom?
By showing what you do for them. Architects, stylists and interior builders look for a place where they can bring their clients, with good samples, room to talk and people who think along. DesignersHouse built its entire brand around that idea, and we captured it in their brandbook. Give professionals their own page, invite them to events and presentations, and stay visible with LinkedIn and a newsletter featuring new collections.
How do I compete with big web shops selling the same brands?
Not on price alone, but on what a web shop cannot do: advice, experience and service. Show what you do extra, such as lending samples, measuring up, delivery and installation, and who is ready to help in your showroom. With sharp positioning and local visibility you attract the customer who values that difference. And show online what is on display in the showroom, so people know the trip is worth it.
Kitchens & bathroomsKitchen stores · Bathroom specialists · Sanitaryware showrooms +3
For kitchen stores, bathroom specialists, sanitaryware showrooms, tile shops and kitchen and bathroom fitters, from independent specialist to chain with several branches.
How Branding helps kitchens & bathrooms
A specialist with its own story
Why choose your store over a big chain? Sharp positioning and a distinctive identity make that difference visible, from showroom and company van to leaflet and website.
How do I find good kitchen fitters and bathroom installers?
Tradespeople choose an employer on atmosphere, equipment, scheduling and colleagues, so show that. A careers page with photos and short videos of your team on site says more than a list of requirements, and employer branding makes that story strong. With a recruitment campaign in your region you also reach people who are not actively looking. Keep applying short: a phone number and a few questions are enough for a first conversation.
Contract interiorsContract interior companies · Office fit-out companies · Retail fit-out companies +3
For contract interior companies, office and retail fit-out specialists, hospitality and hotel fit-out companies, exhibition stand builders and contract furniture suppliers.
How Branding helps contract interiors
Positioning per market
Office, retail, hospitality or care: clear positioning and identity show what you are really good at. A client looks for a specialist for their question, not a jack of all trades.
How do you rebrand without disrupting ongoing projects?
In phases, and in a clear order. First the strategy and the new identity, then website, quotes and presentations, and after that things like company vans, workwear and signage at natural replacement moments. A brand book with templates makes sure your team and partners use the new brand properly from day one. That way you roll out a rebrand without a client suddenly feeling they are dealing with a different company mid-project.
Energy & SustainabilitySolar & storage · Installers · Energy advice & property · Cooperatives & infrastructure · Circular & sustainable business5 audiences
Solar & storageSolar park developers · Solar carport specialists · Battery storage companies +1
For developers of solar parks and solar carports, battery storage providers and companies that make large roofs, car parks and business parks more sustainable.
How Branding helps solar & storage
A brand that earns trust
Investors, municipalities and landowners need to take you seriously before a single panel is installed. A clear brand and a consistent visual identity give that trust, from pitch deck to site hoarding.
InstallersSolar panel installers · Heat pump installers · EV charger installers +2
For installers of solar panels, heat pumps, home batteries and EV chargers, installation companies and insulation specialists who want more and better enquiries from their own region.
How Branding helps installers
Careers page for technicians
Good technicians are scarce. A careers page with real colleagues, the van, the tools and the training shows why yours is a good place to work. Applying takes a few minutes.
How do I find good technicians as an installation company?
By showing what the work with you is really like, because skilled people choose an employer, not a job ad. Let colleagues talk about their jobs, the van, the training and the team spirit. Keep applying short, without a mandatory CV, and respond quickly. With employer branding, a few short videos and targeted Meta Ads in your region you also reach technicians who are not actively looking but are open to something new.
Energy advice & propertyEnergy advisors · Energy label assessors · Building sustainability consultancies +1

A timeless, scalable logo that works from favicon to building facade.
Cooperatives & infrastructureEnergy cooperatives · Local energy initiatives · Charge point operators +1
For energy cooperatives, local energy initiatives, charge point operators, district heating networks and others that bring energy closer to residents and businesses.
How Branding helps cooperatives & infrastructure
Name and identity for a cooperative
A name and look the village recognises itself in, that work on the website, a site sign and a leaflet through the door. Local and trustworthy, without feeling like a big energy company.
Circular & sustainable businessSustainability consultancies · CSRD and ESG advisors · Circular businesses +1
For sustainability consultancies, CSRD and ESG advisors, circular businesses, recyclers and refurbishers who want to show what they really do, without green waffle.
How Branding helps circular & sustainable business
A brand without green waffle
A positioning that says what you do and can prove, instead of 'green' and 'sustainable' on every page.
How do you communicate sustainability without greenwashing?
Be concrete and stick to what you can prove. Claims like 'climate neutral' or 'green' without evidence can get you into trouble: the rules on sustainability claims have become stricter and regulators are watching. Instead, say exactly what you do, for example which material you reuse and how you check it. Also show where you are not there yet. That is more honest and more convincing. We help you with a brand strategy and tone of voice built on that.

One brand after an acquisition
After an acquisition or merger, vans in three different styles are on the road. A clear brand choice and a phased rebrand bring it all together, from vans and workwear to quotes.
We have made an acquisition: how do we bring the brands together?
First decide which way you want to go: one new brand, the strongest brand as an umbrella, or the names side by side with a shared endorsement. That depends on how well known each company is in its region and what customers and staff associate with it. With a well-considered rebrand you translate that choice into logo, vans, workwear, website and quotes, in phases so you do not have to replace everything in one week. And do not forget your own people: they are the first to carry the new brand.
Engineering & consultingEngineering firms · Design engineering companies · Technical consultancies +2
For engineering firms, design engineering companies, technical consultancies, inspection and testing companies and technical staffing agencies.
How Branding helps engineering & consulting
Positioning for a specialist firm
What makes you different from the engineering firm down the road? Sharp positioning and an identity that conveys expertise, so clients can place you at a glance.
How do I attract both clients and engineers as a technical staffing agency?
By building two clear routes on one website. Clients look for speed, expertise and reliability; engineers want interesting projects, development and a fair salary. Both deserve their own language and their own pages. With employer branding you show what it is like to work for you, and vacancies can be pulled in from your ATS or recruitment system if needed. That way nobody has to read through the other group's story.

Farm shops & local produceFarm shops · Local food producers · Fruit growers +1
For farm shops, local food producers, fruit growers, dairy farms and livestock farmers who sell directly to consumers, restaurants or shops in the region.
How Branding helps farm shops & local produce
A brand for your farm
A logo and identity that tell your farm's story, from the sign by the road to the labels, the web shop and the crates at the market.
Does a farm shop need its own logo and visual identity?
It helps more than you think. A recognisable logo and fixed colours make people connect your roadside sign, your labels and your web shop. That also makes your product easier to spot in a deli or supermarket. It does not have to be a big project: a good logo, a few colours and a label template are a fine start. You expand that visual identity later as you grow.
Horticulture & garden centresGreenhouse growers · Tree nurseries · Ornamental plant growers +1
For greenhouse growers, tree nurseries, ornamental plant growers and garden centres, from the grower who exports to the garden centre around the corner.
How Branding helps horticulture & garden centres
Recruiting for the greenhouse and nursery
Find growers, seasonal workers and technicians with a careers page that shows the real work: the greenhouse, the technology and the team. In other languages too.
How do you find staff for the greenhouse or nursery?
Show what the work is really like and make applying easy. Photos and short videos of the greenhouse, the technology and colleagues say more than a list of requirements. If you work with international staff, put the vacancies in their language too on a multilingual careers page. With employer branding and targeted ads in the region you also reach people who had not thought about horticulture yet.
Recreation & farm experiencesRecreational farms · Alpaca and animal farms · Pick-your-own gardens +2

Agri-tech & suppliersAgri-tech companies · Agricultural machinery dealers · Livestock housing suppliers +1

How Branding helps agri-tech & suppliers
Employer branding
An employer brand that attracts and retains the right talent.
Visual identity
Colours, typography, imagery and icons that form one brand together.
How does an agricultural contractor find staff and new customers?
With a website and social media that show what the work is really like: big machines, early starts and working in every season. That attracts exactly the kind of people you are looking for. A careers page with short videos of colleagues and a simple application form lowers the barrier. For customers, an overview of your services per season and a quick way to request a job helps. With employer branding and social video you show both groups who you are.
Nature & landscapeNature and landscape organisations · Agricultural nature collectives · Landscape gardeners +1
For nature organisations, landscape managers, agricultural nature collectives, landscape gardeners and green space contractors that manage, create or protect nature and green spaces.
How Branding helps nature & landscape
Visual identity
Colours, typography, imagery and icons that form one brand together.
How does a green space contractor approach business clients and tenders?
With a professional and consistent image. Clients like municipalities and housing associations want to see which services you provide, with what equipment and certifications, and who you already work for. Put that clearly on your website, with project pages of real assignments. For tenders, a consistent visual identity for plans of approach and a polished presentation help, so your bid looks as good as your work.

Food producers & brandsFood producers · Food startups · Regional food producers +3
For food producers, food startups, regional producers, coffee roasters, breweries, distilleries and food wholesalers who want their product to stand out on the shelf, in hospitality and online.
How Branding helps food producers & brands
A brand story that sticks
Where does your product come from, what makes it different and who is it for? We sharpen that story so it sounds the same everywhere.
How do you tell the story of your brewery or coffee roastery?
Show what happens behind the door. Roasting, brewing or ageing is often the most beautiful thing you have, and it is exactly what customers never see. A short company film and honest photos of your people and process make your brand tangible, on your website, at a tasting and on social. A visual identity that suits your character holds everything together, from label to beer mat. Alcohol comes with extra advertising rules, such as the Dutch advertising code for alcoholic beverages. We take those into account together.
Bakers, butchers & food shopsBakeries · Butcher shops · Delicatessens +2
For bakeries, butchers, delis, cheese shops, supermarkets and other food shops that want to bring the neighbourhood through the door, from artisan baker to independent supermarket owner.
How Branding helps bakers, butchers & food shops
Identity from shopfront to bread bag
One recognisable style on your shopfront, paper bags, price tags, delivery van and website, so your shop feels like one whole in the street and online.
What does a new visual identity do for a bakery or food shop?
Above all recognition and calm. A good visual identity makes your shopfront, bread bags, price tags, delivery van and Instagram feel like one business. That makes you recognisable in the street and familiar online. It helps your pricing too: a well-kept shop comes across as artisan rather than cheap. We keep it practical, with files your printer and packaging supplier can use straight away. And we take your craftsmanship as the starting point, not the latest trend.
Food trucks & cateringFood trucks · Caterers · Corporate caterers +1
For food trucks, caterers, corporate caterers and meal services that want to fill their calendar with weddings, festivals, company parties and regular business clients.
How Branding helps food trucks & catering
A name and logo that stick
A short name and a logo that is legible from twenty metres away, on your truck, your apron and the little circle on Instagram.
How does my food truck stand out from the rest at a festival?
At a festival, ten trucks may stand side by side and a visitor decides from twenty metres away. At that point it has to be clear at a glance what you sell. A short name, a strong colour and a menu board with five dishes instead of fifteen work better than a truck covered in text. We design the vehicle graphics, menu board, clothing and social templates from one visual identity. That way people recognise you on Instagram too, and next year on the same field.
Shops & concept storesRetail chains · Franchise formats · Concept stores +2
For independent shopkeepers, retail chains, franchise formats, concept stores and service shops such as repair shops, who want their physical store and online channel to work together.
How Branding helps shops & concept stores
Brand guidelines for every branch
A practical brand book with templates, so a store manager can create a promo poster that matches the brand.
How do you translate the feel of a concept store to online?
A concept store sells a feeling, not just products. That feeling lives in the selection, the interior and the story behind the brands you choose. Online, you translate it with atmospheric photos of your store, short stories with your products and a calm web shop that feels more like a magazine than a catalogue. With a strong visual identity and good product photography your site feels like an extension of the store. And invite online visitors to events in the shop.
How do you make every branch of a chain carry the same brand?
With clear agreements and good templates. A practical brand book sets out how logo, colours, photos and tone work, with examples of what does and does not work. Ready-made templates for posters, social posts and price tags help too, so a store manager can create something that is right. That way the brand stays recognisable, even when each branch runs its own local promotions.
Web shops & e-commerceWeb shops · D2C brands · Online food stores +1
For web shops, online retailers, D2C brands, online food stores and made-to-measure suppliers, from new web shop to established e-commerce player, and the marketers and e-commerce managers behind them.
How Branding helps web shops & e-commerce
A brand beyond the lowest price
For D2C brands: a sharp story and a recognisable style, from website to unboxing, so customers choose you and not just the lowest price.
How does a D2C brand build a brand that does not compete on price alone?
By giving a reason to choose you that has nothing to do with discounts. A clear story about where your product comes from, who it is for and what you do differently, translated into a brand strategy you see everywhere. The unboxing is your first physical contact with the customer: well-considered packaging design makes that moment worth sharing. People who recognise your brand are less quick to compare on price.
Fashion & BeautyFashion & jewellery · Beauty salons & studios · Hairdressers & barbers · Cosmetics & skincare · Aesthetic clinics5 audiences
Fashion & jewelleryFashion labels · Clothing boutiques · Online clothing stores +4
For fashion labels, clothing boutiques, shoe shops, bridal stores, jewellers and jewellery and accessory brands that want their collection to look as good online as it does in store.
How Branding helps fashion & jewellery
A distinct identity for your label
Name, logo, colours and image style that suit your collection, right down to the swing tag and the carrier bag. That way customers recognise your label in store, in your web shop and on Instagram.
How does a jeweller or jewellery brand convey trust and luxury?
With calm, space and very good photos. Jewellery is small and shiny, which makes it tricky to photograph. Sharp macro shots, a consistent background and a photo on a hand or neck show how big something really is. Around that, a visual identity with a restrained palette and strong typography, plus clear information on materials, hallmarks and warranty. With higher amounts, customers also want to know they are dealing with a real business: show your workshop, your team and your address.
How do you launch a new fashion label or jewellery brand?
Start small and sharp: who do you make it for, what makes your designs different and why now? We capture those choices in a brand strategy and translate them into a name, logo, web shop and image style that tell the same story. Before launch, build a waiting list with a teaser on Instagram and TikTok, so people are ready on day one. After that it is about keeping it up: a steady rhythm of visuals, emails and posts for every collection.
Beauty salons & studiosBeauty salons · Nail studios · Lash and brow studios +2
For beauty salons, nail studios, lash and brow studios, pedicure practices and make-up artists who want a full calendar and want their work to look as polished online as it does in the chair.
How Branding helps beauty salons & studios
An identity that fits your salon
Logo, colours and image style that return on your website, Instagram, price list and gift vouchers. Calm and luxurious or bright and breezy: as long as it matches how your place feels.
How do you give your salon its own identity?
By choosing who you are there for. A salon for quick, affordable treatments between work calls for a different look than a calm place for an hour of relaxation. We translate that into a visual identity you see everywhere: logo, colours, website, Instagram, gift vouchers and the price list on the wall. Your tone of voice belongs to it too, from your bio to your booking confirmation. That way clients recognise you instantly, even if your name has slipped their mind.
Hairdressers & barbersHair salons · Barbershops · Salon chains +1
For hair salons, barbershops, salon chains and independent hairdressers who want to spend less time on the phone and have more regular clients in the chair.
How Branding helps hairdressers & barbers
A look that sticks
A logo and identity with character, from the shopfront and capes to your Instagram and gift vouchers.
How do you handle online marketing with several salons?
With one brand and a dedicated place for each location. Every salon gets a page with address, team, opening hours and a booking button that goes straight to that location's calendar. With local SEO and a separate Google Business Profile per salon, someone in Veghel finds the salon in Veghel, not the one in Den Bosch. A brand book with templates for social and posters keeps the look consistent everywhere, while each team can still show its own local face.
How do you handle a new name or salon takeover online?
Tell your regulars in good time, in the salon and by email, so nobody thinks your business has disappeared. Update your existing Google Business Profile instead of creating a new one, and your reviews will usually stay. If your website moves to a new name or domain, set up proper redirects, so your visibility does not start from scratch. And ideally you roll out a rebrand in one go: shopfront, website, socials and gift vouchers at the same time.
Cosmetics & skincareCosmetics brands · Skincare brands · Fragrance brands +1
For cosmetics brands, skincare labels, fragrance brands and hair care brands, from a new label with a single serum to a brand with its own web shop and stockists in salons and shops.
How Branding helps cosmetics & skincare
Brand strategy for a new label
Who is your brand for, which problem do you solve and why would someone trust you with their skin? We pin those choices down before a single jar is designed.
What can and can't you promise about a cosmetic product?
A cosmetic product cares for, cleans or beautifies; it does not cure. So claims like 'cures acne' or 'permanently repairs your skin' do not belong there. Cosmetics are subject to European rules: what you promise must be true and substantiated, for example with test results. 'Free from' claims and comparisons must be fair too. We write copy that shows what your product does and who it is for, without exaggerating. Have doubtful cases checked by the responsible person for your product or a specialist in cosmetics law.
How do you build a skincare brand with its own web shop?
Start with a clear story: who is your brand for, which problem do you tackle and why would someone trust you with their skin? Translate that into a brand strategy, packaging and web shop that all tell the same story. In the web shop, ingredient lists, usage advice and a routine per skin type help more than big words. Skincare runs out, so set up email flows for repeat purchases and tips after the first order. That way your brand grows on regular customers, not just on ads.
Aesthetic clinicsAesthetic clinics · Skin clinics · Laser clinics +1
For aesthetic clinics, skin clinics, laser clinics and cosmetic doctors who want to build trust with honest information and stay within the rules for medical advertising.
How Branding helps aesthetic clinics
A calm, trustworthy brand
An identity that conveys medical expertise without feeling cold, with real portraits of your practitioners.
How does an aesthetic clinic build trust?
By showing who treats and how you work. People want to know whether their practitioner is a doctor or nurse, with which training and BIG registration (the Dutch register for healthcare professionals). Explain per treatment what happens, what the risks and recovery time are and when you would advise someone against it. That last part builds trust. A calm visual identity, real photos of your clinic and a short film about your team lower the threshold. Client experiences are only used with consent and without exaggerated claims.
Healthcare & WellbeingPractices · Clinics · Mental health & coaching · Care organisations · Health tech5 audiences
PracticesPhysiotherapy practices · Exercise therapy practices · GP practices +5
For physiotherapists, exercise therapists, dietitians, speech therapists, podiatrists, dentists and other primary care practices, from solo practice to health centre.
How Branding helps practices
One identity for your health centre
Physio, dietitian and GP under one roof, but each with their own logo? One clear identity with room for each discipline makes the centre recognisable, from facade sign to appointment card.
We are a health centre with several disciplines. One website or several?
Usually one, with a clear place of its own for each discipline. Patients often search first for the care they need, then discover that the dietitian or podiatrist is in the same building. One site with a shared visual identity reinforces that, and it is easier to maintain than five separate sites. Each practice keeps its own page with team, services and booking button, and where needed its own domain name pointing to that page.
ClinicsPrivate clinics · Cosmetic clinics · Independent treatment centres +5
For private clinics, independent treatment centres, cosmetic and aesthetic clinics, eye clinics, hair clinics and dental centres.
How Branding helps clinics
A brand that radiates calm and expertise
People do not choose a clinic on price alone. Polished positioning and identity, with real photos of your practitioners and rooms, build trust before anyone walks in.
How do I make my clinic stand out without shouting?
By radiating calm and expertise in everything you do. Well-considered positioning makes clear what you specialise in and for whom, so you are not competing with every clinic on price. Real photos of your practitioners and rooms, a polished website and a brochure you hand out after the consultation make that story tangible. Leave out discount campaigns and miracle promises. In healthcare, trust works better than urgency.
Mental health & coachingPsychology practices · Mental health organisations · Psychotherapists +3
For psychologists, psychotherapists, mental health practices, youth care providers, relationship therapists and coaches, from independent practitioner to multidisciplinary team.
How Branding helps mental health & coaching
A warm identity of your own
No stock sunset, but a calm style and real photos that match how you work. That way a first introduction already feels familiar, before anyone even calls.
Can I use reviews or client experiences as a psychologist or coach?
Be cautious. In mental healthcare, even the fact that someone is a client is sensitive information, and your professional code may have rules about it. Only use experiences with explicit consent, preferably anonymised, and respond to online reviews without confirming anything about the treatment or the person. It often works better to show who you are and how you work, with a short video or a personal tone on your website. If in doubt, check with your professional association.
How do I present my practice without stock photos of sunsets?
With images that show where and with whom someone will be sitting. A few calm photos of your practice room, the waiting room and yourself say more than a beach at sunset. Add a visual identity that suits the way you work: warm, down-to-earth or more businesslike. We arrange a short photo shoot in your own space, without poses that do not suit you. People choose a practitioner they feel safe with, and that starts with recognition.
Care organisationsHome care organisations · Nursing and care homes · Disability care providers +4
For home care organisations, nursing and care homes, disability care, care farms, supported living and wellbeing foundations, from small-scale initiative to regional care group.
How Branding helps care organisations
Careers site with real colleagues
Vacancies per location and role, stories from colleagues and an application that takes a few minutes. Connected to your recruitment system where possible.
Health techE-health companies · Healthtech startups · Care app developers +2
For e-health companies, healthtech startups, makers of care apps and care software, and care organisations developing their own digital product.
How Branding helps health tech
One story for care and investors
One core story, translated into what care professionals, insurers and investors want to hear. No miracle claims, because people in healthcare see through those quickly.
How do I tell the story of a care innovation to professionals, insurers and investors?
Each audience wants to hear something different. Care professionals want to know if it makes their work easier, insurers look at impact and costs, investors at the market and the team. With clear positioning you nail down the core once and translate it per audience. A short explainer video, a strong pitch deck and a website with separate routes do the rest. No miracle claims, because in healthcare people see through those quickly.
Education & SchoolsSchools & school boards · Vocational & higher education · Training & e-learning · Childcare · Music, dance & driving5 audiences
Schools & school boardsPrimary schools · Secondary schools · Special education schools +1
For primary schools, secondary schools, special education schools and school boards or education foundations with several schools under one roof.
How Branding helps schools & school boards
One identity for the whole board
Recognisable as one foundation, with room for each school's name, colour and character. With templates for letters, presentations and social media that anyone can use.
Careers page for teachers
The teacher shortage is felt in almost every region. A careers page with stories from colleagues, the team spirit and practical information about support helps new teachers choose your school.
How do you approach a visual identity for a school board with several schools?
Often with a family approach: one recognisable base for the board, with room for colour, name and imagery per school. Each school stays itself, while parents and staff see they belong to the same foundation. It also saves money, because templates for letters, presentations and social media only need to be made once. In a brand book we record how it all works, so it still holds up in a few years.
How does a school find new teachers through its website?
By showing what it is like to work with you, not just which vacancies are open. A teacher wants to know what the team is like, how you support new colleagues, how big the classes are and what makes the school special. Let colleagues talk about that themselves, in text or a short video. With employer branding and a clear careers page on the board's website you also attract career changers and recent graduates.
Vocational & higher educationVocational colleges (MBO) · Universities of applied sciences · Trade schools +1
For vocational colleges, universities of applied sciences, trade schools and private academies that recruit students, present programmes clearly and want to be visible in their region.
How Branding helps vocational & higher education
Positioning for an academy
A private academy or new programme has to stand out from the large institutions. Sharp positioning and a clear identity show who you are for and why someone should choose you.
How does a private academy stand out next to large universities?
By being specific about what you do differently. Small groups, lecturers from the field, a flexible timetable or a programme that does not exist in this form anywhere else: say it concretely and show it. Experiences from alumni and images of real lessons convince more than general promises. With a clear brand strategy and SEO content per programme you get found by exactly the people looking for something other than the standard offer.
Training & e-learningTraining institutes · E-learning providers · Corporate training providers +2
For training institutes, corporate trainers, e-learning providers, language schools and sports federations that train coaches and officials, online or in a mix of classroom and screen.
How Branding helps training & e-learning
Visual identity
Colours, typography, imagery and icons that form one brand together.
ChildcareDay nurseries · Out-of-school care · Preschool playgroups +1
For day nurseries, out-of-school care, preschool playgroups and childminding agencies that want to show parents how their child spends the day, and that are looking for childcare staff.
How Branding helps childcare
Careers site for childcare staff
Show what it is like to work with you, with real colleagues and a vacancy page that makes applying easy.
How do you find childcare staff through your website and social media?
By showing what the job is really like. A vacancy text full of 'enthusiastic team player' says little. Short videos or photos of colleagues, an honest description of a working day, schedules and growth opportunities say far more. Build a careers page where applying takes a few minutes, without a mandatory CV if you do not need one. With employer branding and targeted Meta Ads around your locations you also reach people who are not actively looking.
Music, dance & drivingMusic schools · Dance schools · Driving schools +2
For music schools, dance schools, driving schools, tutoring centres and swimming schools that mainly work locally and want new pupils to book a trial lesson easily.
How Branding helps music, dance & driving
A logo and identity with character
A dance school feels different from a driving school. Your own logo and identity, consistent on the lesson car, the sign by the door, the timetable and Instagram, makes you recognisable locally.
Does a small lesson school need its own visual identity?
You do not need a thick brand book, but you do need a recognisable face. A good logo, a few fixed colours and fonts and templates for social posts and the timetable are often enough. Make sure it is the same everywhere: on the lesson car, the sign by the door, your website and Instagram. That is how people remember you, which is exactly what you want in an area with three driving or dance schools. A compact visual identity easily grows with you later.

MunicipalitiesMunicipalities · Inter-municipal partnerships · City marketing organisations +1
For municipalities, inter-municipal partnerships, city marketing and communication, planning and economic departments that want to inform residents and businesses clearly and accessibly.
How Branding helps municipalities
City marketing and place brand
A story and visual language for your town or village that residents, businesses and visitors recognise themselves in.
How do you approach city marketing for a municipality or village?
Start with what is already there, not with a new logo. What makes your town or village different, what are residents proud of and what are visitors, new residents and businesses looking for? On that you build a story and a visual language that businesses and organisations can use themselves. That way it becomes a brand of the whole place, not just of the town hall. With a brand strategy and a flexible visual identity we make it concrete, with templates partners can use without a designer.
Provinces & water boardsProvinces · Water boards · Environmental agencies +1
For provinces, water boards, environmental agencies and safety regions with large projects, many stakeholders and a story that goes beyond a single municipality.
How Branding helps provinces & water boards
Brand book for a large programme
A dyke reinforcement or regional programme with many partners often gets its own name and look. A brand book with templates makes sure everyone uses it consistently.
How do you give a programme with many partners one recognisable face?
With its own name and visual language that sits above the partners' logos, and clear agreements on how to use it. A practical brand book with templates for presentations, letters, site hoardings and social posts makes it easy to get it right. One central project website prevents every partner from telling their own version of the story. That way residents recognise the programme, no matter who is doing the work at that moment.
Public organisationsGovernment agencies · Independent public bodies · Housing associations +1
For government agencies, independent public bodies, housing associations, libraries and other public institutions that want to serve a large and diverse group of people well.
How Branding helps public organisations
Rebranding a public organisation
A new name or identity after a merger or change of course, introduced without confusing customers or staff.
Careers with social impact
Tradespeople, consultants and IT staff often deliberately choose work that matters. Use stories from colleagues to show what your organisation does for tenants, customers or the city.
How do you approach a rebrand at a public organisation?
Carefully and in phases. After a merger or change of course you want clarity, but residents and customers still need to recognise and find you. Start with a clear brand strategy, involve staff early and plan everything that has to change: website, forms, letters and signage. A Rebranding does not have to turn everything upside down at once. Sometimes an evolution of what is already there suits an organisation that needs to inspire trust better.
How does a housing association or government agency find new staff?
By making the social story concrete. A maintenance technician, neighbourhood consultant or developer wants to know what they contribute, who they work with and what an ordinary working week looks like. Let colleagues tell that themselves, with photos or short videos from practice. Write vacancies in plain language and keep applying short. With employer branding and a clear careers environment you stand out next to commercial employers.
Region & economyRegional development agencies · Economic boards · Regional marketing organisations +2
For regional development agencies, economic boards, regional marketing, tourist offices and business improvement funds that want to attract companies, talent and visitors to their region.
How Branding helps region & economy
A regional brand
A story about the region that businesses, knowledge institutions and government can tell together.
How do you build a strong regional brand?
Together with the people who have to carry it. A regional brand only works when businesses, education, government and residents recognise and use it. Start with conversations and research into what really sets the region apart, then choose a few clear storylines. The visual language has to be flexible, so a tech company and a tourist office can both use it. With a brand strategy and a practical brand book we make sure the brand does not end up in a drawer.
How do you make sure partners actually use the regional brand?
By making it easy for them. A toolkit with logos, templates, a photo library and ready-made copy lowers the barrier enormously. Put everything on one download page and use examples to show how other partners use it. A short brand book works better than a thick document nobody opens. And ask partners now and then what they are missing, so the visual identity grows with how they actually use it.
Social domain & participationCommunity social teams · Sheltered employment companies · Debt counselling services +1
For community social teams, sheltered employment companies, debt counselling, youth work and participation processes in which residents seek help or want to have their say.
How Branding helps social domain & participation
Positioning a sheltered employment company
A sheltered employment company delivers skilled work to businesses. Clear positioning shows clients what you can do, and gives employees something to be proud of.
How does a sheltered employment company show clients what it can do?
By presenting itself as a skilled business, with the social story as a bonus rather than the only argument. A client wants to know which services you provide, what quality to expect, how quickly you can respond and how you work. Give each service its own page with real photos from the workshop. With clear positioning and, for products, a web shop for businesses and consumers, you show that social and skilled go together just fine.

Accounting & bookkeepingAccounting firms · Bookkeeping offices · Bookkeepers +2
For accounting firms, bookkeeping offices, bookkeepers, tax advisers and payroll specialists who want to win, keep and serve clients more efficiently.
How Branding helps accounting & bookkeeping
Showing what you are good at
A positioning for, say, freelancers, construction or farming businesses, translated into a site with recognisable examples.
How does an accounting firm stand out online?
By choosing. 'We help entrepreneurs with their accounts' is what almost every firm says. If you specialise in, say, freelancers, construction, agriculture or start-ups, show it. A sharp brand strategy turns that into a website with recognisable examples, real photos of your team and language without jargon. Clients often choose an accountant on trust and personal fit. So show who sits on the other side of the table, not just what you do.
How does an accounting firm find new colleagues?
The same way you find clients: with an honest story about who you are. Candidates want to know what it is really like, who their colleagues will be, how you handle busy season and what room there is to grow. With employer branding we make that visible, with a careers page, videos of your own people and job ads that do not sound like all the others. Targeted campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram bring that story to the people you are looking for.
Legal & notaryLaw firms · Notary offices · Legal advisers +1
For law firms, notary offices, legal advisers, mediators and in-house lawyers who want to make their expertise accessible to individuals and businesses.
How Branding helps legal & notary
An identity with calm and authority
A brand that conveys expertise without feeling stiff, with real portraits instead of a stock photo of a gavel.
How does a legal firm come across as expert without feeling stiff?
By being serious about the substance and human in tone. A visual identity with calm and quality, good portraits of your lawyers or notaries instead of a stock photo of a gavel, and copy a layperson understands in one read. Legal precision and plain language go together just fine. Do keep your professional body's rules on advertising and claims in mind; we watch those together. That way the first step towards your firm feels lighter than the matter someone comes in with.
How does a law or notary firm attract young lawyers?
By honestly showing what the work looks like: which cases, how much guidance, how you handle workload and what room there is to grow. Young lawyers compare firms critically and read between the lines. With employer branding we create a careers page with stories from your own trainee notaries or associates, and job ads that do not sound like a standard template. A quick, personal reply to an application does the rest.
Consulting & advisoryConsultancies · Management consultants · Interim managers +3
For consultancies, consultants, interim managers, coaches, trainers and other service providers such as translation agencies and facility services firms, who want to turn their knowledge and craft into a strong brand and a steady flow of assignments.
How Branding helps consulting & advisory
Positioning in one sentence
A sharp choice about who you work for and what you do differently, turned into a proposition you can explain in one sentence at a birthday party.
How do you create a proposition clients understand straight away?
By choosing, and for many advisers that is the hardest part. Who do you work for, which problem do you solve and why are you better at it than the rest? If that fits in one sentence, you can repeat it everywhere: on your website, your LinkedIn profile and in your proposal. In a positioning process we work that out together, in a few sessions with a clear outcome. It does not mean saying no to other work, just yes to the right work.
HR & recruitmentRecruitment agencies · Staffing agencies · Secondment agencies +3
For recruitment agencies, staffing agencies, secondment firms, executive search, HR service providers and occupational health services who want to bring candidates, employers and employees together faster.
How Branding helps HR & recruitment
Standing out among the agencies
Why would a candidate or employer choose your agency? A sharp positioning per field or region makes you recognisable among all the others.
How does a staffing or recruitment agency stand out from the competition?
By choosing what you are truly good at: a field, a region or a type of candidate. 'We connect people and work' is what almost every agency says; 'We find mechanics and technicians in North Brabant' sticks. With a sharp positioning and a website that shows it, with real placements and faces, you become the obvious choice in your niche.
Collections & credit controlDebt collection agencies · Bailiffs · Credit management firms +1
For debt collection agencies, bailiffs, credit management firms, factoring companies and financial back offices that want to get paid faster through clear communication and smart portals.
How Branding helps collections & credit control

A tone of voice that takes both clients and debtors seriously, from website to payment reminder.
How does a collection agency come across as reliable without sounding threatening?
By recognising that you have two audiences. Clients want a partner that gets results and treats their customers properly. Debtors mainly want clarity: what do I owe, why, and can I pay in instalments? A tone of voice that is businesslike, respectful and clear works for both. Stern letters in capital letters mostly create stress, not payments. A calm website and understandable messages make it more likely that someone responds instead of leaving the envelope unopened.
Finance & FintechFinancial advice · Insurance · Fintech · Wealth management · Lending & financing5 audiences
Financial adviceMortgage advisors · Financial planners · Pension advisors +2
For mortgage advisors, financial planners, pension advisors and independent advisory practices, whether independent or part of a franchise.
How Branding helps financial advice
Your own brand next to the chains
Your own tone and real photos of you and your team. Your office feels like an advisor people know, not like a franchise.
How do I stand out from national chains and franchise brands?
Not by acting bigger than you are, but by showing who you are. Clients choose an advisor they trust, and that starts with a face, a voice and a recognisable style. With your own tone of voice and real photos of you and your team, your website feels personal. Local stories, videos where you explain a tricky question and reviews from real clients do the rest. Being small can actually be your strength.
InsuranceInsurers · Managing general agents · Insurance brokers +2
For insurers, managing general agents, insurance brokers and specialist intermediaries, for personal and commercial insurance.
How Branding helps insurance
A tone that sounds trustworthy and grounded
Insurance is about certainty, so your tone should be clear and human. One tone of voice for website, policy letters and claims emails, so customers hear the same advisor everywhere.
How do I show as an insurance broker that I do more than a comparison site?
By showing what a comparison site does not do: think along, check whether someone is double-insured or underinsured, and help when things go wrong. Tell that with real, anonymised examples of claims where your advice made the difference. A clear tone of voice and real photos of your team make your office recognisable. Be clear about how you are paid too, because openness builds trust. Being found locally for 'insurance advisor' plus your town finishes it off.
FintechFintech startups · Fintech scale-ups · Payment platforms +4
For fintech startups and scale-ups, payment and lending platforms, investing and savings apps, insurtech, regtech and makers of financial software.
How Branding helps fintech
A brand that earns trust
Trusting a new name with your money is a big step. A considered name, logo and identity that look professional and approachable, without the clichés of the big banks.
How do I choose a name and brand for a new fintech?
Start with what you promise and to whom, and only then think about the name. A good name is short, pronounceable in your key markets and still available as a domain and trademark. Always have that last part checked, because renaming after launch is costly. With naming and a visual identity that looks professional and approachable, you build trust without the clichés of the big banks. Think early about how the brand works in your app too, because that is where users see it most.
Wealth managementWealth managers · Private banks · Family offices +2
For wealth managers, private banks, family offices, investment funds and investment advisors, serving private and institutional investors.
How Branding helps wealth management
Positioning without promising returns
Your philosophy, your people and your way of working at the centre. Calm and confident, with your compliance team's disclaimers in the right place.
How do you position a wealth manager without promising returns?
By showing how you work, not what it will deliver. Your investment philosophy, the people behind the portfolios, how you report and how you handle risk: that is what clients choose a wealth manager on. With well-considered positioning and a calm, confident look you build trust without exaggerated claims. We only present past returns in the way the rules require, with the disclaimers your compliance team supplies.
Lending & financingLenders · Banks · Leasing companies +4
For lenders, leasing companies, crowdfunding platforms, factoring companies and SME financing advisors.
How Branding helps lending & financing
A brand for a new lender
As an alternative lender you show that you are reliable and approachable. Clear positioning and an identity that speak to business owners, without banking jargon.
How do I stand out from the bank as an alternative lender?
By showing where you are different: speed, flexibility, knowledge of an industry or personal contact. Make that concrete, with the process as it actually works and examples of situations where you were able to help, without client names or figures you may not share. Clear positioning and a tone without banking jargon help business owners place you. Accountants and financing advisors are often your best source of applications, so give them their own route on your website.

Rebranding
Your brand ready for the next phase, without losing its foundation.
Naming & tagline
A name that fits, sticks and is available as a domain.
Brand strategy & positioning
The foundation: what do you stand for and why do customers choose you?
When does a rebrand make sense for a SaaS company?
When your brand no longer fits what your product has become. That often happens after a few years: you started as a tool for one niche and are now a platform for larger customers, or you are expanding abroad and your name does not work in English. A rebrand starts with your positioning, not a new logo. We look at what recognition you need to keep, and make sure website, product and sales material move along in one go.
StartupsStartups · Seed-stage startups · University spin-offs +1
For early-stage startups and founders, from idea and pre-seed to first customers, who want to enter the market professionally on a limited budget.
How Branding helps startups
Name and brand from scratch
A name that fits and is still available, with a logo and basic identity that are right now and can grow later.
How do you choose a good name for your startup?
A good name is short, easy to pronounce, fits your story and is still available. That last part is often disappointing: domain name, social handles and the trademark register. We start with your positioning, make a long list, cut ruthlessly and test the favourites on feel and availability. The final trademark check is best done by a specialist. For Monvy we created the name and the brand from scratch. With naming you get a name that still fits when your product looks very different in a few years.
What is the minimum you need to launch as a startup?
Less than you think. A logo and a basic identity you use consistently, a website that explains in one scroll what you do and for whom, a way to measure interest, such as a waiting list or demo button, and tracking so you know what works. A thick brand book or twenty pages of content can wait. We create a logo and a compact launch kit that is right for now and can grow later. Better to launch with something good than wait for something perfect.
IT & cyber securityIT service providers · Managed service providers · Cyber security firms +2
For IT service providers, managed service providers, cyber security firms, hosting companies and system integrators who want to sell technical expertise in plain language.
How Branding helps IT & cyber security
Tech in plain language
A tone of voice that reassures rather than threatens, so sales, support and marketing tell the same story.
How do you explain cyber security without scaring or boring people?
With a tone that reassures rather than threatens, and everyday examples instead of acronyms. People want to know what could happen, what it means for them and what they can do. With Monvy we made digital security understandable and accessible for a broad audience, from the name to the website. With a clear tone of voice your whole team knows how to talk about security, whether it is a sales pitch, a blog or a notification in your product.
How does an IT company find new engineers and consultants?
By showing what technology they will work on, with whom and how the team is set up. Good IT people get approached a lot, so a vacancy that sounds like all the others disappears. With employer branding we create a careers page with real stories from your engineers, honest info about certifications and growth, and campaigns on the channels where they are. A short application form without a cover letter helps too.
High-tech & hardwareHigh-tech startups · Deep tech companies · IoT companies +2
For high-tech startups, deep tech companies, IoT and robotics firms and developers of smart devices, including those in the Brainport region around Eindhoven.
How Branding helps high-tech & hardware
Recruiting talent in the Brainport region
An employer story that shows engineers what technology they will work on and with whom, for your careers site, campaigns and your stand at the career fair.
How does a high-tech company in the Eindhoven region find technical talent?
In the Brainport region you compete with big names for the same engineers. You do not win on salary alone, but on the story: what technology you work on, how much influence you have and who you work with. With employer branding we make that visible, with real stories from your engineers, footage from your lab or workshop and job ads without clichés. A smaller company often has more to tell than it thinks.

For entrepreneurs and companies building an app, online platform or marketplace, from first version to ongoing development, for iOS, Android and the web.

How Branding helps clubs & associations
A refreshed club crest, with respect
A refreshed crest that honours your club's history, ready for shirts, flags, socials and the anniversary book. Recognisable to long-time members, fresh for new ones.
How do you approach a new club crest without losing your members?
By taking the history seriously and involving members early. The strength often lies in a few elements, such as the colours, an animal or the founding year, which you keep and sharpen. We show a few directions, test them with a small group and explain at the presentation why the crest is what it is. With a well-considered rebrand the new crest feels like a polished version of the old one, not a stranger.
Gyms & fitnessGyms · Fitness clubs · Boutique fitness studios +3
For gyms, fitness clubs, boutique studios, personal trainers and yoga, pilates and CrossFit locations that want more trial sessions and loyal members.
How Branding helps gyms & fitness
A brand that fits your studio
An identity, imagery and tone that match your community, from the website to the wall of your studio.
How do you stand out as a boutique studio or personal trainer?
By choosing clearly who you are there for. A studio for busy professionals needs a different look from a community box where everyone knows each other by name. We translate that into a visual identity, imagery and tone you see everywhere: website, socials, apparel and the wall of your studio. Real photos of your own members and trainers do more than stock images of models who have never held a kettlebell.
Events & competitionsRunning events · Cycling sportives · Tournament organisers +1
For organisers of sports events, running races, tournaments, cycling races and sporty public events, from a local run to an international tournament.
How Branding helps events & competitions
An event brand that lasts every year
A logo and visual style for your event that you refresh every year with a new year, theme or colour, without starting from scratch.
Sports media & platformsSports media companies · Video and streaming platforms · Sports apps +3
For sports media companies, video and streaming platforms, sports apps, podcasts and magazines, esports organisations and sports brands with their own channel, and the product and editorial teams that improve them every day.
How Branding helps sports media & platforms
A brand for your channel or podcast
A name, logo and visual style that work as a small circle in an app and on a big screen, from podcast cover to studio set.
How do you turn a sports brand or esports team into a recognisable brand?
By being consistent everywhere fans see you: jersey, stream, socials, merchandise and website. A strong logo that also works as a small icon, a fixed set of colours and typefaces and a visual identity with templates make that easy. With motion design your intros, overlays and score graphics get the same look. Fans then recognise you in a split second, even among everything else in their feed.

How Branding helps attractions & activities
Name and visuals for a new attraction
A new rollercoaster, escape room or exhibition deserves its own name and visuals that fit your park or museum. From logo and signs to the opening campaign.
How do I approach the launch of a new attraction or exhibition?
Start well in advance, with a name and visuals of its own that fit your park or museum. Build anticipation with a teaser, footage of construction or installation, and a landing page where people sign up for news or buy the first tickets. Around the opening you use social video, campaigns and press, and afterwards the first visitors show it off themselves. We help with naming, visuals and the campaign, so everything feels like one story.
Hospitality & eventsRestaurants · Cafés · Beach clubs +3

Branding and rebranding: strategy, logo and identity under one roof
What exactly is branding?
Branding is how people talk about your company when you are not in the room. You can leave that to chance, or you can shape it on purpose. We prefer on purpose.
It starts with strategy. What do you stand for? Who are you there for? And why would someone choose you over a competitor with a similar offer? Only when that is clear does your brand get a face and a voice: logo, colours, typography, imagery and tone of voice. Together they make you recognisable, build trust and make choosing you a lot easier.
For us, branding is the foundation under all of your communication. Get it right, and your website becomes more convincing, your campaigns work better and your whole organisation tells the same story. Get it wrong, and you reinvent the wheel with every new flyer.
When does a rebrand make sense?
A rebrand often starts with the feeling that you are a bit tired of your own look. Understandable, but you usually get that feeling long before your customers do. It is really time when your brand no longer fits who you are or where you want to go. Typical signs:
- Your audience or proposition has changed
- You merged, were acquired or added new services
- Your look feels dated next to the competition
- Your brand looks slightly different on every channel
A rebrand does not have to be a revolution either. Sometimes an evolution is exactly enough: a refreshed logo, a sharper palette and guidelines people actually read. So we first look at what already works. A colour, shape or name that has built up equity is not something you throw away lightly. And we tell you honestly what your brand needs, even if that is less than you expected.
What does a branding project at M7 deliver?
Not a zip file with five logos and a cheerful good luck, but a complete brand system you can work with tomorrow:
- Brand strategy and positioning on one page
- Logo in all variants and file formats
- Colour palette, typography and imagery
- Brand book with clear guidelines
- Templates for social, presentations and print
- 3D mock-ups and brand assets ready to use
Because we also build websites, apps and marketing, we design your brand for the screen from day one. That includes the small things you only think of later: a favicon that is still recognisable at 16 pixels, an app icon, social templates your team can fill in themselves and a logo animation for your website or video. So nothing needs patching up afterwards.
Why choose M7 as your branding agency?
M7 is a compact team of creative and technical specialists. That sounds like a detail, but it makes a real difference. Strategy, design and technology sit at one table, so nothing gets lost between mood board and launch. Your brand is not only designed but also built: into your website, web shop, app and campaigns.
Many projects go wrong at the handover. The branding agency delivers a lovely brand book, the web agency interprets it in its own way and the printer adds a little extra on top. Three parties, three versions of your brand. With us it stays in the same hands, so your brand feels the same everywhere.
We work for startups launching their first brand and for established organisations ready for their next step. From Nistelrode, in the Eindhoven region, for clients across the Netherlands and far beyond.

Martijn, Noud and the rest are happy to help.
How much does a branding or rebranding project cost?
It depends on the scope. A compact identity (logo, colours, typography and basic guidelines) starts at a few thousand euros; a full project with strategy, brand book, templates and launch is more extensive. Our configurator at letsgo.m7branding.com shows indicative prices instantly, or book an intro call for a tailored proposal.
How long does a branding project take?
A logo and basic identity typically takes 3 to 6 weeks. A complete project including strategy, brand book and roll-out usually takes 6 to 12 weeks, depending on feedback rounds and the number of assets.
What is the difference between branding and a visual identity?
Branding is the whole: strategy, positioning, personality and how people experience your brand. A visual identity is its visual translation: logo, colours, typography and imagery. An identity without strategy is decoration; with strategy it becomes a brand.
Will I keep my recognisability after a rebrand?
Yes, if you want to. We first analyse which brand elements have built up equity (a colour, a shape, a name) and decide together whether to evolve or renew. That way you take existing customers along while attracting new ones.
Do I receive all source files and rights?
Yes. On delivery you receive all logo and identity files (SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS) and the rights to use them within your organisation. Templates in Figma, Canva or Adobe are included where agreed.
What is in a brand book?
A brand book describes how your brand works: brand story and core values, logo usage and clear space, colour codes (RGB, HEX, CMYK, Pantone), typography, imagery, iconography, tone of voice and examples for web, social and print. That keeps your brand consistent, no matter who uses it.
Can you also build the website and marketing in the new style?
Absolutely, that is our strength. Because branding, websites, apps, content and campaigns are under one roof, we roll out your new brand consistently in one go, without losses between agencies.
Do you work with startups?
Yes. For startups we offer compact projects that deliver fast: a strong name, logo and identity that look professional to customers and investors, and that are easy to extend later.
How many design concepts and feedback rounds do I get?
By default we present two to three distinctive concept directions, followed by two feedback rounds on the chosen direction. Need more? We agree on that transparently upfront.
Do you only work in the Eindhoven region?
No. We are based in Nistelrode, in the Eindhoven region, but work for clients throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and beyond. We can meet at our office, at yours or online.
Today may be the day to meet your strategic partner.
