Your audience is not 'everyone between 25 and 65'. With audience research we map who your customers really are, which questions and doubts they have and how they reach a decision. We capture that in personas and a customer journey that marketing, sales and design can build on.
Data and stories
We draw insights from your own data, such as your CRM, website analytics and search behaviour, and add interviews and a short customer survey. Your sales people and customer service often know a surprising amount too. That creates a picture that goes beyond age and location: what are the motives, the barriers and the moments when someone starts looking?
Personas you actually use
We would rather make a few sharp personas than ten vague ones. For each persona we capture the key questions, objections, channels and decision moments, and we map the customer journey from first orientation to repeat purchase. You use them straight away for your content, ads, website and sales conversations.

Tools & platforms
What is a persona?
A recognisable description of a type of customer, based on research. With a name, a situation, goals, questions and objections. It helps you ask with every text, ad or design choice: would this work for her or him?
How many personas do I need?
Usually two to four. Enough to show the main differences in your audience, but not so many that nobody can tell them apart.
Do personas work in B2B too?
Definitely. In B2B several people are often involved in a purchase, such as a user, a decision-maker and someone from procurement. We map those roles and their questions separately.
