"We repair. You stay connected." From 2019 onwards we did all sorts of things for Repairlab: the branding, the website with request flows per brand and model, the customer journey, a kiosk flow, interactive scroll pages, social content, print and the company vehicle wrap and merchandise.

We repair. You stay connected. For Repairlab, an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Eindhoven, we made that promise visible: in the brand, on the street and online.

A broken device is annoying enough. Repairlab wanted to stand out as a premium repair partner, with a brand that brings calm and confidence. And with a website that gets customers to the right repair in a few clicks.

We gave Repairlab a fresh identity in black and white, with red as a sharp accent, sticking strictly to Apple's guidelines. Clear typography, custom icons and a reliable tone of voice with short, powerful lines give customers the feeling that their device is in the right hands. We carried that style through to business cards, the company car livery and print, and to visuals that explain step by step how a repair works.

Underneath the site is a structured database of devices, repairs and prices. On the site you first pick the brand and series: iPhone, MacBook, iPad or Apple Watch, but also Samsung, Huawei, Lenovo, Dell and others. Or you type your device into the search bar and see the results straight away. Every model has its own page with the repairs Repairlab carries out on it, from battery and screen to camera, each with a price.

Pick a repair and the booking flow opens. You confirm the brand, model and repair, and add another repair if you need to. Then you choose how your device gets to Repairlab: you drop it off in Eindhoven, have it collected or request a shipping box. Or you ask for a price indication by email first. Dropping it off or having it collected? Then you pick a date and a time slot right away. You leave your details, and the flow then sends you automated emails.

Through an API integration, every sign-up goes straight into Repairlab's central system, without a separate appointment or a long email exchange. With your order number and surname you then track your repair online.

Around it we built pages for the pick-up service, the shipping box, repairs through your insurer and business customers. FAQs, the work process and a blog answer the rest, in Dutch and English. Interactions and animated full-screen overlays give the site that little extra.

Repairlab

It started in 2019, and it didn't stop at a brand and a website. We designed the customer journey and a kiosk flow, and built all sorts of interactive scroll pages.

We also made social content, print, the wrap for the company vehicle and merchandise such as polo shirts and sweaters. That makes Repairlab recognisable everywhere: online, on the street and on paper.

A series of online banners and posts for Apple service partner Repairlab: flat black-and-white backgrounds and short, direct messages.

Repairlab: Clear and catchy repair content

After the new brand, Repairlab had to show up online too, wherever customers scroll. Black, white and a short message: it needed nothing more.

After the branding project for Repairlab, the new brand had to become visible online too. On Instagram, on LinkedIn, wherever customers scroll. Recognisable in a split second.

We created a collection of banners and posts, from Instagram carousel posts to LinkedIn covers. The basis is always the same: flat black and white backgrounds and a simple, direct message. Every post fits the new identity.
