Many organisations want to do something with AI, but do not know where to start. We map opportunities, risks and preconditions and translate them into a concrete roadmap with priorities.
From loose ideas to priorities
In interviews and sessions we take stock of processes, bottlenecks and ideas in your organisation. We assess each opportunity on impact, feasibility, cost and risk. The result is an overview of quick wins and larger projects, so you know exactly where to start.
Preconditions properly in place
A good AI strategy is also about data, security, policy and people. We look at the quality and availability of your data, at the GDPR and the EU AI Act, and at what your team needs to use AI responsibly. The result: a roadmap your organisation can actually execute.

Tools & platforms
Do I need an AI strategy if I just want to get started?
An extensive strategy is not always necessary. Sometimes a short quick scan is enough to choose the first use case. For organisations with multiple departments or sensitive data, a roadmap does prevent fragmented, unsafe experiments.
How long does an AI strategy project take?
A quick scan takes one to two weeks. A full project with interviews, analysis and roadmap takes 3 to 6 weeks on average.
Do you also help with an AI policy for employees?
Yes. We draw up a clear and practical usage policy: which tools are allowed, which data does and does not belong in AI tools and how to handle the output. That way everyone knows where they stand.
Today may be the day to meet your strategic partner.
