Making a roadmap is one thing, maintaining it is the real work. New requests, changing priorities and unexpected opportunities come along every week. We manage your roadmap as product owner or sparring partner, so it stays current and everyone knows where you stand.
A fixed rhythm
We work with a clear rhythm: refining the backlog weekly, discussing progress per sprint or month and reviewing the roadmap with the key stakeholders every quarter. New ideas get a fixed place to come in and are weighed the same way as everything else. That prevents the loudest voice from deciding what gets built.
Showing what it delivers
A roadmap is only credible if you show what it delivers. We link themes to measurable goals and track how the product performs in a dashboard. In short updates, management and team see what has been delivered, what is coming and where choices are needed.

What does a product owner do?
A product owner decides what gets built and in what order. They manage the backlog, translate requests into user stories, decide on priorities and are the point of contact for the development team. In short: the link between business and technology.
Can you take this over temporarily?
Yes. For example if your own product owner drops out, if you do not have a product owner yet or if your team needs some extra capacity for a while. We hand it over properly afterwards.
Do you also work with other development teams?
Certainly. Roadmap management works fine with your own developers or an external vendor. We make sure the course stays clear and that everyone sticks to the same priorities.
Today may be the day to meet your strategic partner.
