Agile is not a buzzword, but a down-to-earth way of working: build something in short rounds, show it and adjust. We work this way in our own projects and help your team put agile and scrum into practice, without needless ceremony.
How we work on projects
On digital projects we work in sprints of one to two weeks. At the start we choose together what the sprint should deliver, at the end we show the working result in a demo. So you see progress regularly and can adjust before weeks of work head in the wrong direction. A prioritised backlog keeps track of what is still to come.
Agile in your team
Do you want to start working agile yourself, or is it not running smoothly? Then we take a look: how are the roles divided, what does your backlog look like and do the sprints actually deliver? We set up your tooling, such as Jira, ClickUp or Notion, guide the first sprints and train your team and product owner. We choose what fits your organisation. Not every team needs every scrum ritual.

What is the difference between agile and scrum?
Agile is a way of thinking and working: in small steps, with lots of collaboration and room to adjust. Scrum is a concrete method within agile, with fixed roles such as product owner and scrum master, sprints and set meetings. There are other agile methods too, such as kanban.
Does agile work with a fixed budget?
Yes. Then budget and deadline are fixed and scope is the dial you turn. By always building the most important things first, you get the most valuable product within the budget.
Does my whole organisation have to work agile?
No. You often start with one team or one project. If it works, you expand. We help you decide where agile really adds value and where another approach suits better.
