What we build for you
Good marketing does not stop the moment someone lands on your website. The difference lies in what happens next: the right follow-up at the right moment, a CRM you can rely on and data you dare to steer by. M7 connects your website, forms, email tool, CRM and ad platforms into one smart system that warms up leads and saves your sales team a lot of manual work.
First things first.
Where do you start with marketing automation?
The biggest pitfall is wanting everything at once. Lead scoring, ten segments and a flow for every situation imaginable. Beautiful on paper, in practice a maze nobody can find their way through. Better to start with the flows that save you time or bring in revenue straight away:
- A welcome series for new subscribers or customers
- Follow-up after a quote request, so no request is left lying around
- A review request or repeat purchase email after a completed job
- A nudge to sales when a known contact visits your pricing page
Before a single flow goes live, we look at your foundations. Is your contact data correct? Do you know where your leads come from? Is consent properly arranged? A flow is only as good as the data that goes into it.
Then we take care of the inflow. A smart product finder or quote calculator on your site often delivers richer leads than a standard contact form, because you immediately know what someone is looking for. That makes your follow-up more personal without extra manual work. Only once the foundations are in place and the first flows deliver do we build further. Step by step, based on what the numbers show.
Automate chaos and you mostly get faster chaos.

How the juices flow
- 1
Audit & customer journey
We map your current tools, data and customer journey. Where do leads drop off and where are you leaving time or revenue on the table?
- 2
Strategy & blueprint
Funnels, segments, lead scoring and data flows in one clear blueprint, with KPIs we steer by together.
- 3
Build & integrations
We set up your CRM and email tool, build landing pages and flows and connect everything with Make, Zapier, n8n or APIs.
- 4
Tracking & testing
GA4, Tag Manager, Consent Mode v2 and conversions are set up watertight. We test every flow end-to-end before going live.
- 5
Launch & optimisation
After launch we track results in your dashboard and keep improving with A/B tests, new segments and additional flows.
Fix the leaks first.
Why your funnel leaks, and how to find out where
When a funnel underperforms, the reflex is often: more budget for ads. Understandable, but the problem usually sits further down. These are the leaks we come across most often:
- Ads that lead to your homepage instead of a focused landing page
- A form that asks for your shoe size, when a name and email address would do
- A lead magnet that is mainly interesting to yourself
- Follow-up that only arrives days later, when the interest has already cooled
- Marketing and sales who disagree on what a good lead actually is
- Tracking that half works, so you end up steering on gut feeling after all
The good news: leaks can be found. We measure every step of your funnel, use heatmaps and session recordings to see where people hesitate and test improvements with A/B tests. Sometimes a shorter question or a faster follow-up email delivers more than extra media budget.
Only once the funnel is sealed does more traffic become truly interesting, paid or through organic visibility. Then it no longer drains away, but lands somewhere it actually leads to something.
Pouring more traffic into a leaky funnel is just a pricier way to fill a bucket with a hole in it.

Fast, quality, and service. If you were to ask me how I experienced the development of my website by M7 Branding & Design, those would be the three perfect words. Extremely satisfied with the services and support from Martijn and his team. Changes I suggested in the evening were implemented overnight, so they were visible the next day. From start to finish, the team managed to make my unique vision a reality. I'm incredibly proud of the end result.

No black box.
What marketing automation asks of you, and what you get back
Marketing automation is called automatic, but that does not mean you never have to look at it again. Think of it as a well-tuned machine: it runs day and night, but every now and then you want to look under the bonnet.
This is what it asks of you:
- Content for your flows: emails, a lead magnet and a few good cases. We are happy to help with that, including copywriting
- One owner of the CRM, who makes sure the data is right and the team keeps using it
- A fixed moment to look at the dashboard and discuss what you see
- Updating flows when your offer, prices or team change
What you get back: leads that no longer fall through the cracks, a sales team that has less retyping to do and numbers you dare to steer by.
And it does not stop at email. Your funnel can continue in a customer portal where clients accept their quote themselves, or in an AI agent that qualifies leads and answers the first questions. Because marketing, web, apps and AI sit at one table with us, we build it as one whole. You tell us where you want to go, we make sure the systems all pull in the same direction.

Anyone not ready yet gets a short email series with tips on selling. Until the moment they are.
Property & developmentProperty developers · Area developers · Developer-builders +3
For property developers, real estate investors, property funds and new-build agents, from a handful of new homes to a complete area development.
How Automation helps property & development
Registrants engaged until the sales launch
New visuals, the price list or an invitation to the information evening at set moments. Relevant to the home type each person is after.
How do I keep prospects interested until the sales launch?
There can be months between the first registration and the sales launch. Stay silent and you lose people to another project. With marketing automation you send updates at set moments: new visuals, the final price list, an invitation to the information evening. Registrants say upfront which home type they are after, so the emails stay relevant. And on launch day you know exactly who to call first.
Valuation & adviceValuation firms · Residential valuers · Commercial property valuers +3
For valuation firms, residential and commercial property valuers, real estate advisors, building surveyors and energy advisors.
How Automation helps valuation & advice
Status and appointments updated automatically
After the request comes an automatic confirmation, a proposed appointment and a message as soon as the report is ready. That saves a lot of 'how is it going?' calls.
Property management & lettingsProperty managers · Owners' association managers · Letting agents +3
For property managers, owners' association managers, letting agents, housing associations and landlords of homes, offices and commercial space.
How Automation helps property management & lettings
Following up candidates automatically
Candidates instantly receive a confirmation and an invitation to a viewing. Your team sees in the CRM who is where in the process.
Commercial & agricultural propertyCommercial property agents · Agricultural estate agents · Rural property agents +2
For commercial property agents, agents in agricultural and rural property, commercial property investors and business park developers, from a farm with land to a logistics building.
How Automation helps commercial & agricultural property
Search profiles matched automatically
Entrepreneurs and investors save their search profile and are notified automatically when a matching property comes in. You see in your CRM who is looking for what, including for properties that never go public.
How do you handle the sale of a farm discreetly?
Many farmers do not want the whole village watching, and that is easy to arrange. Start with an anonymous teaser without an address or recognisable photos, and share it only with selected searchers from your database. Details and a viewing follow only after interest and a signed non-disclosure agreement. With well-kept search profiles you quickly know who qualifies.
Business ServicesAccounting & bookkeeping · Legal & notary · Consulting & advisory · HR & recruitment · Collections & credit control5 audiences
Accounting & bookkeepingAccounting firms · Bookkeeping offices · Bookkeepers +2
For accounting firms, bookkeeping offices, bookkeepers, tax advisers and payroll specialists who want to win, keep and serve clients more efficiently.
How Automation helps accounting & bookkeeping
Collecting documents without chasing
Clients receive a personal checklist and upload link well before the deadline, with friendly reminders if nothing comes in.
How do you automate collecting documents from clients?
With a fixed flow per client and per deadline. Well before the tax return or year-end, a client automatically receives a personal list of what is still needed, plus a link to upload it securely. If nothing comes in, a friendly reminder follows, then a nudge to the responsible staff member. With workflow automation we connect that to your practice software. That way nobody at the office has to chase bank statements by phone in the final week before the deadline.
Legal & notaryLaw firms · Notary offices · Legal advisers +1
For law firms, notary offices, legal advisers, mediators and in-house lawyers who want to make their expertise accessible to individuals and businesses.
How Automation helps legal & notary
An online intake that routes correctly
An intake form that asks about the situation and automatically routes the request to the right specialist or office, with a confirmation for the client.
Consulting & advisoryConsultancies · Management consultants · Interim managers +3
For consultancies, consultants, interim managers, coaches, trainers and other service providers such as translation agencies and facility services firms, who want to turn their knowledge and craft into a strong brand and a steady flow of assignments.
How Automation helps consulting & advisory
Follow-up after a webinar or download
Anyone who downloaded your guide or attended a webinar gets a few good emails that show how you think, with a calendar link for an introductory call.
How does a consultancy generate leads without cold outreach?
By letting your knowledge do the work before you speak to anyone. A quick scan or self-assessment in which a business owner discovers where their opportunities or risks lie, a practical guide or a webinar: they are ways to spark interest with something of value. A quick scan also gives you immediate context for every lead. Then comes lead nurturing: a few good emails that show how you think. That way the person you call already knows who you are.
HR & recruitmentRecruitment agencies · Staffing agencies · Secondment agencies +3
For recruitment agencies, staffing agencies, secondment firms, executive search, HR service providers and occupational health services who want to bring candidates, employers and employees together faster.
How Automation helps HR & recruitment
A talent pool instead of an archive
A CRM that tracks who is looking for what and automatically alerts candidates to a matching vacancy.
How do you keep candidates and clients engaged between vacancies?
With a CRM that keeps track of who is looking for what, and automatic messages that arrive at the right moment. A candidate who is not quite the right fit now gets a heads-up when a new vacancy opens in their field. A client gets an occasional update on the market or available profiles. With a well-configured CRM and a few smart flows your network becomes a talent pool instead of an archive. And your consultants no longer have to remember who they meant to call back in March.
How do you make applying as easy as possible?
Ask for as little as possible at the start: name, phone number and possibly a CV or LinkedIn profile. A cover letter can come later, in the conversation. Make sure the form works on a phone and that the candidate gets an immediate confirmation of what happens next. With conversion optimisation we measure where people drop off and test improvements, so you lose fewer candidates halfway through the form.
Collections & credit controlDebt collection agencies · Bailiffs · Credit management firms +1
For debt collection agencies, bailiffs, credit management firms, factoring companies and financial back offices that want to get paid faster through clear communication and smart portals.
How Automation helps collections & credit control
Payment reminders that work
A series of email and text reminders in plain language, at fixed moments and with a payment link, that stops by itself as soon as payment comes in.
How do you automate payment reminders without losing customers?
With a friendly tone and a smart sequence. First a short reminder with a payment link, then a clearer reminder, and for consumers the legally required fourteen-day letter before collection costs may be added. With automatic reminders that happens at fixed moments, and the sequence stops as soon as payment comes in or a payment plan is running. That way the relationship stays good and nobody has to work through lists by hand.
Finance & FintechFinancial advice · Insurance · Fintech · Wealth management · Lending & financing5 audiences
Financial adviceMortgage advisors · Financial planners · Pension advisors +2
For mortgage advisors, financial planners, pension advisors and independent advisory practices, whether independent or part of a franchise.
How Automation helps financial advice
Warm follow-up for those still deciding
Anyone not ready for a meeting yet gets a few useful emails about their situation. At the right moment, the appointment follows naturally.
InsuranceInsurers · Managing general agents · Insurance brokers +2
For insurers, managing general agents, insurance brokers and specialist intermediaries, for personal and commercial insurance.
How Automation helps insurance
Emails at natural moments
A house move, a new car or starting a business: that is when you send a relevant check. Not the same newsletter to everyone.
How do we stay in touch with customers without it becoming spam?
By only emailing when it adds something. Insurance has natural moments: a house move, a new car, a growing family, starting a business or the annual renewal. With marketing automation you send a relevant tip or check at those moments, instead of the same newsletter to everyone. Customers appreciate that, and you spot sooner when someone is underinsured or missing cover.
FintechFintech startups · Fintech scale-ups · Payment platforms +4
For fintech startups and scale-ups, payment and lending platforms, investing and savings apps, insurtech, regtech and makers of financial software.
How Automation helps fintech
Activation flows after sign-up
Users who sign up but do not complete their account or never make a first transaction get a targeted email or push with exactly the missing step. Measured step by step.
How do I make sure users become active after signing up?
By measuring where they get stuck and helping exactly there. Many users do not complete their account, do not link their bank account or never make a first transaction. With marketing automation you send a short email or push notification based on behaviour, with the missing step, instead of a general newsletter. Combine that with tracking per step, so you can see which improvement has an effect. Small changes to the flow often do more than a new campaign.
Wealth managementWealth managers · Private banks · Family offices +2
For wealth managers, private banks, family offices, investment funds and investment advisors, serving private and institutional investors.
How Automation helps wealth management
A quarterly update people actually read
A short market view by email, in plain language and with one clear chart. Tailored to the type of client, so a family office reads something different from a private investor.
How do I keep wealthy clients informed without it becoming a sales leaflet?
With substance, in a fixed rhythm. A short quarterly market view, an explanation of a notable development and the occasional personal message from the relationship manager do more than a glossy newsletter. With email marketing you tailor the content to the type of client, so a business owner reads something different from a foundation or family office. Keep the tone calm and factual, with your compliance team's disclaimers in the right place. Measure what gets read, and drop what nobody opens.
Lending & financingLenders · Banks · Leasing companies +4
For lenders, leasing companies, crowdfunding platforms, factoring companies and SME financing advisors.
How Automation helps lending & financing
Applications straight into your CRM
Applications, documents and status updates flow automatically into your CRM or credit environment. With logging, so you can trace who did what.
Can the application go straight into our credit or CRM system?
Usually, yes. Through API integrations or automation we pass applications, documents and status updates to your CRM or credit environment. How far that goes depends on what your systems allow. Sometimes a full integration makes sense, sometimes an automatic notification with a neat summary is already a big step forward. We build it with attention to security and logging, so you can always trace who did what.
Tech, SaaS & StartupsSaaS companies · Startups · IT & cyber security · High-tech & hardware · Apps & platforms5 audiences
SaaS companiesSaaS companies · B2B software vendors · Software companies +4
For SaaS companies, B2B software vendors and scale-ups, and the founders, marketers and product teams working on more demos, trials and paying customers.
How Automation helps saaS companies
Trials that convert to paid
Onboarding emails that respond to what someone does in your product, with a nudge to sales when someone gets stuck.
How do you build a SaaS website that generates demo requests?
By making clear in the first few seconds who your product is for and which problem it solves, in your customer's language rather than your developers'. Then pages per use case or audience, an honest pricing page, proof such as customer stories and integrations, and one clear next step. With conversion optimisation we test headlines, forms and the route to a demo. Small improvements to that route often deliver more than extra traffic.
How do you turn more trials into paying customers?
By helping users reach the moment they understand why your product is good, quickly, during the trial. An onboarding series that responds to what someone has or has not done in your product works far better than the same five emails for everyone. If someone gets stuck, they get a tip or sales gets a nudge. With marketing automation we connect product usage to your email and CRM. That way you help more trials over the line without sales calling every single one.
StartupsStartups · Seed-stage startups · University spin-offs +1
For early-stage startups and founders, from idea and pre-seed to first customers, who want to enter the market professionally on a limited budget.
How Automation helps startups
Tracking from day one
A clean set-up of analytics and events, so from launch you see where visitors come from, what they do and where they drop off.
How does a startup measure whether its marketing works?
Pick a few numbers that matter now, and measure them properly. Think of waiting list sign-ups, demo requests, activation after the first week and the cost per new customer. With clean tracking and a simple dashboard you see what each channel delivers. Better five numbers you check every week than fifty nobody looks at.
IT & cyber securityIT service providers · Managed service providers · Cyber security firms +2
For IT service providers, managed service providers, cyber security firms, hosting companies and system integrators who want to sell technical expertise in plain language.
How Automation helps IT & cyber security
Following up leads by topic
Anyone who did the quick scan or downloaded a white paper gets a few useful emails on exactly that topic, with a nudge to sales when interest becomes concrete.
Does a white paper or e-book still work for IT lead generation?
Yes, if it is specific and genuinely useful. 'The ultimate guide to IT' rarely gets downloaded; 'Backups for accounting firms: how to test that your restore works' does. Only ask for the details you really need, and follow up with lead nurturing: a few emails that build on the topic, with a nudge to sales when someone gets concrete. That way a download becomes a conversation, not an address on a list.
High-tech & hardwareHigh-tech startups · Deep tech companies · IoT companies +2
For high-tech startups, deep tech companies, IoT and robotics firms and developers of smart devices, including those in the Brainport region around Eindhoven.
How Automation helps high-tech & hardware
Following up trade show leads
Contacts from the trade show go straight into your CRM, with a follow-up sequence that offers a demo, case or white paper at the right moment.
How do you follow up properly on contacts after a trade show?
Quickly and personally. Capture at the show who you spoke to and what it was about, for example with a simple form on a tablet. Those details go straight into your CRM, and within a few days everyone gets an email that matches the conversation. Then a short follow-up sequence offers a demo, case or white paper. That way the pile of business cards does not become a pile of forgotten opportunities.
Apps & platformsApp developers · Online marketplaces · Platform companies +1
For entrepreneurs and companies building an app, online platform or marketplace, from first version to ongoing development, for iOS, Android and the web.
How Automation helps apps & platforms
Really activating new users
A series of emails and push messages that helps new users to their first success, instead of one welcome email followed by silence.
Sports & MediaClubs & associations · Gyms & fitness · Events & competitions · Sports media & platforms · Federations & bodies5 audiences
Clubs & associationsFootball clubs · Hockey clubs · Tennis and padel clubs +3
For sports clubs and associations, from football, hockey and tennis to athletics and padel, with boards and volunteers who keep the club running alongside their day jobs.
How Automation helps clubs & associations
A volunteer rota that fills itself
Bar, canteen and refereeing shifts that members sign up for themselves, with an automatic reminder the day before. The board no longer has to ring round every week.
How do you organise bar shifts and volunteer tasks digitally?
With an overview where members pick a shift themselves, and a system that remembers the rest. A reminder goes out the day before, and if there is a gap in the rota, a few members automatically get a request. Many clubs already have software that can do this; then we connect it to your site and app. With a bit of smart automation the volunteer coordinator no longer ends up behind the bar every Saturday because someone forgot.
Gyms & fitnessGyms · Fitness clubs · Boutique fitness studios +3
For gyms, fitness clubs, boutique studios, personal trainers and yoga, pilates and CrossFit locations that want more trial sessions and loyal members.
How Automation helps gyms & fitness
Keeping members with smart flows
A welcome series, a message when someone stays away for a few weeks and congratulations at a milestone, all automatic.
How do you keep gym members for longer?
By helping them get started properly in the first weeks and not losing sight of them afterwards. A welcome series with tips and a personal plan, a message when someone has not been in for a few weeks, congratulations at a milestone. With marketing automation that happens automatically, based on check-in data from your system. To the member it feels like personal attention, while your trainers can simply do what they are good at: training.
Should you put your membership prices on the website?
In most cases, yes. People compare, and anyone who cannot see a price often checks the competition first. Show clearly what each membership includes, so choosing is easy, and put the trial session front and centre. With conversion optimisation we test how best to present your prices and packages. If you work with tailored offers, as in personal training, a 'from' price already helps a lot.
Events & competitionsRunning events · Cycling sportives · Tournament organisers +1
For organisers of sports events, running races, tournaments, cycling races and sporty public events, from a local run to an international tournament.
How Automation helps events & competitions
Filling entries with email
Last year's participants first, then an early-bird and reminders before every price step, with practical info for those already registered.
How do you fill the entries for a race or tournament?
With a plan that starts months before race day. An early-bird period gives people a reason to decide now. Last year's participants are your warmest audience, so you reach them first with email marketing. Then come social campaigns with footage from the previous edition and reminders as a price step or deadline approaches. Anyone who signs up stays engaged with training tips and practical info. That way participants arrive at the start prepared and enthusiastic, and they tell others.
Sports media & platformsSports media companies · Video and streaming platforms · Sports apps +3
For sports media companies, video and streaming platforms, sports apps, podcasts and magazines, esports organisations and sports brands with their own channel, and the product and editorial teams that improve them every day.
How Automation helps sports media & platforms
From free viewer to subscriber
A funnel with free content, a trial period, smart emails and a frictionless payment page, so more viewers or readers become paying subscribers.
How do you turn viewers or readers into paying subscribers?
Give away enough to show what you are worth, and make the step to paying small. A fixed balance between free and paid content, a trial period and a payment page that takes a minute on a phone all help. With a funnel and good email flows you follow up new users with their favourite club, sport or section. And measure where people drop off, because that is where the gains are.
Federations & bodiesSports federations · Municipal sports companies · Sports venues +1
For sports federations, governing bodies, umbrella organisations, municipal sports companies and foundations that promote sport and physical activity.
How Automation helps federations & bodies
A newsletter per audience
Separate mailings for board members, coaches and referees, fed from your membership administration, so everyone only gets what is relevant to them.
Marketing automation, funnels and CRM set up by a full-service agency
What exactly is marketing automation?
Marketing automation means automatically sending the right message to the right person at the right moment, based on behaviour and data. Think of a welcome series after a sign-up, a reminder for an abandoned cart or a nudge to sales as soon as a lead is ready for a conversation. The system does the repetitive work. You keep time for the conversations that matter.
With us it never starts with the tool, but with your customer journey. What questions does your customer have at each stage? What information helps them move forward? And when is a phone call better than yet another email? Only once that is clear do we build the flows, segments and triggers that go with it. Because a welcome email that arrives three weeks after sign-up is like saying goodbye to someone who has just walked in. Well-built automation does not feel like spam, it feels like good service.
From funnel to loyal customer
A good funnel takes visitors step by step from interest to action. No pushing, but with a clear direction. A typical setup we build:
- Attention: campaigns on Google, Meta or LinkedIn that lead to a focused landing page
- Interest: an opt-in with a lead magnet that is actually worth something, such as a guide, checklist, quiz or calculator
- Consideration: a nurturing series with cases, explanations and honest answers to objections
- Action: a clear call to action, such as a Calendly booking or a quote request
- Retention: onboarding, cross-sell and review requests after purchase
We measure every step. That way you see exactly where visitors drop off and where the biggest gains are. Your first version does not need to be perfect, it mainly needs to be live. Then we refine it, until your funnel is a predictable source of new customers instead of a monthly gamble.
CRM and workflows that lighten your team's load
A CRM is only valuable if your team actually uses it. An expensive system nobody looks at is an address book with a subscription. That is why we choose the system that fits your sales process together, whether that is HubSpot, Pipedrive, Teamleader, Odoo or a flexible solution in Notion or Airtable. Then we set up pipelines, fields, permissions and reports and migrate your existing data.
With Make, Zapier or n8n we connect your CRM to the rest of your tools: forms, quotes, accounting, Slack and your web shop. New leads land in the right place automatically, tasks are created by themselves and nobody has to retype data anymore. The result: fewer mistakes, faster follow-up and a clear overview of every customer, from first contact to repeat purchase. And a sales team that has time to sell again.
Tracking and data you can trust
Without reliable data every marketing decision is a gamble with a nice dashboard around it. Ad blockers, browser restrictions and privacy legislation quickly cost you part of your measurements. That is why we set up your tracking in a future-proof way:
- Google Analytics 4 with clear conversions and events
- Google Tag Manager, with server-side tagging where it makes sense
- Consent Mode v2 and a cookie banner aligned with the GDPR
- Enhanced Conversions and the Meta Conversions API for better campaign data
- Audience sync from your CRM to Google, Meta and LinkedIn
- Looker Studio dashboards with the KPIs that matter to you
That way you steer by facts instead of gut feeling, and your ad platforms get better signals back. That helps your campaigns learn who your ideal customer is. And you finally know which euro earns its keep and which one just came along for the ride.
Why M7 for marketing and automation?
M7 is a compact team of creative and technical specialists. Marketers, designers and developers work on your funnel together. So the landing page, email flow, CRM integration and tracking come from one source and fit together. No separate agencies pointing at each other the moment an integration falters, and no email flow that looks different from your website.
We think along as a partner, not as a supplier of loose hours. We start small where possible, expand what works and document everything, so your team can carry on independently. No black box and no dependency you never asked for. From a first welcome flow for a startup to a complete marketing and sales machine for an established organisation. Based in the Eindhoven region, for clients nearby and far beyond. Ideally over a cup of coffee, though a video call works fine too.

Question not listed?
Martijn, Noud and the rest are happy to help.
What is marketing automation?
Marketing automation is software that performs marketing tasks automatically based on the behaviour and data of your contacts. Think of a welcome series after a sign-up, follow-up after a quote request or a nudge to sales when a lead becomes active. That way every lead gets personal, timely follow-up without your team doing everything by hand.
How much does marketing automation cost?
It depends on the scope. A basic setup with a configured email tool, a welcome flow and a form integration ranges from a few hundred to a few thousand euros. A complete setup with CRM, lead scoring, multiple flows and tracking is more extensive. On top of that you pay the licence fees of the tools themselves. Our configurator at letsgo.m7branding.com shows indicative prices instantly, or book an intro call for a tailored proposal.
Which CRM is right for me?
It depends on your sales process, team size and budget. HubSpot is strong if you want marketing and sales in one platform. Pipedrive is clear for sales teams that think mainly in deals and pipelines. Teamleader combines CRM with projects and invoicing and is popular in the Benelux. Odoo is ideal if you also want inventory, accounting or production in one system. For smaller teams a flexible setup in Notion or Airtable may already be enough. We advise based on your process, not on a tool.
Which email marketing tool should I choose?
Mailchimp is easy to get started with. Brevo is affordable, European and combines email with SMS and transactional mail. ActiveCampaign excels at advanced automation with a built-in CRM. Klaviyo is the favourite for web shops, thanks to deep integrations with Shopify and WooCommerce. We look at your goals, volumes and existing systems and recommend the tool that fits best.
What is a sales funnel and do I need one?
A sales funnel is the route a visitor takes from first contact to customer: for example ad, landing page, opt-in, email series and appointment. Every business already has one, though often unconsciously and with leaks. By deliberately designing and measuring your funnel, you see where you lose people and can improve in a targeted way.
What is the difference between Make, Zapier and n8n?
All three connect apps without custom software. Zapier is the simplest and has the most ready-made integrations. Make offers a visual editor with a lot of control over complex scenarios, often at lower cost for larger volumes. n8n is open source and can run on your own server, ideal for sensitive data or if you want to keep everything within the EU. We choose per project what fits best.
How long does it take to set up marketing automation?
A first flow, such as a welcome series or quote follow-up, is often live within 2 to 4 weeks. A complete setup with CRM, multiple flows, lead scoring and tracking usually takes 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the number of integrations, the amount of content and your existing data.
Is marketing automation GDPR-compliant?
It can be, provided it is set up properly. We work with clear consent and double opt-in, an easy unsubscribe option, only the data you actually need and tools that offer a data processing agreement. Where desired we choose European hosting, such as Brevo or a self-hosted n8n environment. For legal questions we advise involving your own privacy lawyer as well.
What is server-side tagging and do I need it?
With server-side tagging, measurement data first goes to your own tagging server and only then, filtered, to tools like GA4, Google Ads and Meta. That gives you more control over which data you share, can lead to more complete measurements and lightens the load on your website. It is especially relevant if you invest significantly in ads or run a web shop. Visitor consent of course remains leading.
Can you work with my existing tools?
Yes, and that is often preferred. We first look at what you already use and what works well. Often better configuration and smart integrations get much more out of your current stack before a new tool is needed. Through APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier or n8n we can connect almost any system.
How do I measure what marketing automation delivers?
We define upfront which KPIs matter, such as number of leads, conversion per funnel step, booked appointments, revenue per flow and cost per lead. With GA4, your CRM and a Looker Studio dashboard you see those figures in one overview, so you know which campaigns and flows deliver the most.
Can I use my customer data for better ads?
Yes, with audience sync. We sync segments from your CRM or email tool, with consent and hashed, to Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. That lets you exclude existing customers, re-engage warm leads or build lookalike audiences. Combined with conversion APIs, your campaigns get better data to optimise on.
Today may be the day to meet your strategic partner.
