What is the difference between a customer portal and a website?
A website is public and informs visitors. A customer portal is a secure environment behind a login, where each customer sees their own data, documents and actions. We often connect the two, so customers log in straight from your website.
Can a customer portal show quotes and invoices from my accounting?
Yes. Through an integration with, for example, Exact Online or Odoo, quotes and invoices appear in the portal automatically. Customers accept and pay online right away, and the status flows back to your administration.
