Huurfix: rent reduction without the hassle

At Huurfix, a legal specialist takes over contact with your landlord and the procedure at the Rent Tribunal. You only pay afterwards, on a no cure, no pay basis. A strong offer, but only if people believe it.

After the branding came a new bilingual website in Webflow, built around a tenant's customer journey: how it works, pricing, FAQs, customer stories and a knowledge base. Light and warm, with yellow as the accent and the legal specialist himself in view, so you know who you're dealing with.

Everything on the site leads to the free rent check. You enter your postcode and house number, the year of construction, energy label, floor area and WOZ value are looked up, and a few questions about the home complete the picture.

For the check we designed and built the web app, at check.huurfix.nl. After the outcome you upload your tenancy agreement and other files in the same app, give your authorisation and pick up later where you left off.

The intake is integrated with Odoo CRM and splits into three automated flows, each with its own CRM logic, follow-up emails and handling. That way every request arrives qualified and organised.

Customer cases show what it delivers. The site automatically calculates the rent reduction as a percentage, based on the original and the corrected rent. You see it in the overview and on every detail page.

We also made social media templates and an e-book. That way Huurfix can keep creating content itself, in the same style as the website.
