CryptoCoinTalk: subscriptions rebuilt

CryptoCoinTalk helps traders and investors with courses, an education group, a community and the University. The subscription model was no longer clear enough, and the platform, the website and the brand could all use a refresh too. So we gave the customer journey an extensive UX overhaul, from the first free introduction to membership.

We rebuilt the subscriptions in WordPress with WooCommerce. You take the education group per month, quarter, half year or year, after a free trial if you like. Alongside it sit the free course, the trading course, the investing course, one-to-one sessions and gift cards. From the free course to the annual subscription, you see more clearly what you get and where you are.

A subscription gives access to the University, the learning platform with courses, videos, livestreams, a trading journal and a portfolio. For University 2.0 we designed the complete UI/UX, from the dashboard to every part of the learning platform.

Around the subscriptions we set up extensive funnels, via MailerLite and Zapier. The coupons come from WooCommerce's logic, and emails with those discount codes encourage members to move step by step to a higher subscription.

We refreshed the branding and built a new website in the same style: white, dark blue and green, with the courses neatly laid out. Learning platform, brand and website form one whole again.
