What we build for you

Graphic design is where your brand becomes tangible. A brochure people enjoy leafing through, packaging that stands out on the shelf, a trade-show booth that tells who you are from across the hall. M7 translates your identity into print and digital assets that are not only beautiful but also do their job: inform, persuade and sell.

Paper still talks.

Is print still worth it? When paper beats a screen

We hear this question regularly: isn't print a bit old-fashioned? The honest answer: no, but print does have to do something a screen cannot. What you hold, you remember differently from what you scroll past. A brochure on the table, packaging you open, a business card with a lovely texture: in those moments someone literally has your brand in their hands.

Print often wins:

  • At trade shows and events, where people want to take something home
  • With products, where the packaging is your quietest salesperson
  • With publications people want to read at their own pace, such as an annual report or catalogue
  • At a first meeting, where a sturdy card says more than a connection request

The smartest print does not stand apart from online, either. A QR code sends readers to a landing page made especially for that flyer or that trade show. With UTM tags you can see what it delivers through tracking and analytics. And anyone who signs up there, you keep warm with email marketing. That way paper becomes the start of a conversation, rather than something that ends up in the recycling bin afterwards.

An email disappears with one swipe, a good business card is still on the desk after the trade show.

Process

How the juices flow

  1. 1

    Briefing & inventory

Goal, audience, format, print run, deadline and budget: we map out what the piece needs to do and where it will end up.

  2. 2

    Concept & design

We develop one or more design directions in your identity, presented in realistic mock-ups so you can picture the result straight away.

  3. 3

    Refinement & corrections

Copy, imagery and details fall into place. With clear correction rounds we work towards the final design.

  4. 4

    Prepress

CMYK or Pantone, bleed, crop marks, resolution and colour profile: we prepare files your printer can process without questions.

  5. 5

    Production & delivery

If you like, we arrange the printing, check the proof and safeguard quality and planning all the way to delivery.

Measure twice, print once.

Common print mistakes, and how to avoid them

Most print mistakes do not happen at the printer, but much earlier. On your screen everything looks crisp. Only when the box is opened does it turn out the logo is blurry or the brand colour suddenly looks dull. Fortunately, most slip-ups are easy to prevent.

These are the ones we see most often:

  • A logo grabbed from the website, at a resolution far too low for print
  • Brand colours defined only in RGB, without a CMYK or Pantone value
  • Too much text on too small a format, because everything has to go on it
  • Small type in light grey: lovely on screen, unreadable on paper
  • Important information too close to the edge or right in the fold
  • Choosing paper on price alone, while weight and texture decide how your brand feels

The fix starts with good base files. A visual identity with fixed colour values for screen and print, logos in vector format and clear typography rules saves time and hassle on every future print job. Working with photography? Make sure your images are high resolution. That is why we also deliver product photos in print quality, not just for your web shop.

Not sure about paper? Ask for paper samples. Feeling is faster than explaining.

Paper is quite literally the first thing people feel of your brand.

Print templates: edit it yourself and still stay on-brand

Not every print job needs a new design project. A new date on the flyer, a card for a new colleague, a presentation for that one client: you want to sort that out yourself, quickly. Preferably without your brand going out the door in all sorts of different ways a year later.

That is why we often build the templates right alongside the design work:

  • A master layout for presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or Figma
  • Canva templates for flyers and posts, where you change text and images without breaking the layout
  • Open InDesign files for the next edition of your brochure or magazine
  • A business card template, so all you need to send is a name and job title

Templates work best when the foundation is right. That is why we capture the ground rules in a brand book. Then everyone knows which typeface goes where, how much space a logo needs and which colour you had better not put on which background.

And because your brand does not only live on paper, we connect the graphic work to everything else. The same icons and illustrations return in your web design, and an infographic from your annual report is quickly turned into a social media post. That way everything stays recognisable, whoever makes it.

Do you also design investment memoranda?

Yes. An investment memorandum has to hold a lot of information, from rental income and maps to floor plans and timelines, and still read easily for an investor who is short on time. We take care of a clear structure, infographics that make figures quick to grasp and imagery that does the asset justice. You get a sharp document as a PDF or in print, plus a template so future properties are presented in the same style. The figures themselves come from you.

How do you keep local residents and the municipality well informed?

Start early and be concrete: what is coming, what will it look like, what happens when and who can people talk to? A project page with a schedule and FAQs, an information evening and clear letters to residents for those who are not online form a good basis. With 3D visuals from street level, residents see what will actually be there, which often prevents misunderstandings. One fixed point of contact makes the rest easier.

Valuation & adviceValuation firms · Residential valuers · Commercial property valuers +3

For valuation firms, residential and commercial property valuers, real estate advisors, building surveyors and energy advisors.

How Graphic & Print helps valuation & advice

Can you design the layout of our valuation reports and advice?

Yes, within the frameworks that apply to you. For some reports the model and content are fixed, and those remain leading. Around that there is often a lot to gain: a recognisable cover, a clear summary, maps, photos and infographics that show the essentials quickly. Advisory reports and commercial valuations usually allow more freedom. We deliver a template your team can work with, so every report looks equally polished.

How do I get more assignments through estate agents and mortgage advisors?

Make it easy for them: a fixed point of contact, a quick request form and clear agreements on turnaround and communication with the client. A short presentation about your approach and specialisms helps at a first meeting, and LinkedIn keeps you on their radar. Do mind your independence: many valuations come with strict rules on who commissions them and which ties you may have with other parties. Business relationships are fine, as long as your judgement stays independent.

Property management & lettingsProperty managers · Owners' association managers · Letting agents +3

For property managers, owners' association managers, letting agents, housing associations and landlords of homes, offices and commercial space.

How Graphic & Print helps property management & lettings

How do you communicate clearly as a housing association or manager during a renovation?

Start with the residents' questions: what will happen, when is it our turn, do we have to move out and who can we talk to? Answer them in plain language and keep it up to date. A project page with a schedule per block, backed by letters and leaflets for people who are not online, works well. A short animation makes major work understandable. One fixed point of contact stops residents being sent from pillar to post.

Commercial & agricultural propertyCommercial property agents · Agricultural estate agents · Rural property agents +2

For commercial property agents, agents in agricultural and rural property, commercial property investors and business park developers, from a farm with land to a logistics building.

How Graphic & Print helps commercial & agricultural property

What belongs in a brochure for commercial property?

Everything an entrepreneur or investor needs to decide whether to look further. Think floor areas and layout, rental income or asking price, zoning, land registry details, accessibility and parking. Start with a one-page summary and then work out the details, with maps, floor plans and infographics. We design a brochure or memorandum like this as a template, so every next property looks just as polished. You supply the figures and documents yourself.

How do you handle the sale of a farm discreetly?

Many farmers do not want the whole village watching, and that is easy to arrange. Start with an anonymous teaser without an address or recognisable photos, and share it only with selected searchers from your database. Details and a viewing follow only after interest and a signed non-disclosure agreement. With well-kept search profiles you quickly know who qualifies.

  • Tender documents that read well

A tender plan with a clear structure, strong project images and diagrams that show the key points. That way your bid stands out for both its substance and its presentation.

How do I show what sets us apart in a tender?

By making it easy for the assessors. They often read dozens of bids, so a plan with a clear structure, short paragraphs and diagrams that show the key points stands out. Back up what you promise with reference projects, photos of similar work and a realistic schedule. We take care of the design, the diagrams and a fixed layout in your house style, so your team does not start from scratch with every bid. The content stays yours, because nobody knows your work better.

Finishing tradesFinishing contractors · Plastering companies · Painting companies +4

For finishing contractors such as plasterers, painters, tilers, floor layers, ceiling and partition installers and window frame specialists, working for homeowners and contractors alike.

How Graphic & Print helps finishing trades

Do you also work for finishing companies that mainly work for contractors?

Yes, and the story changes. A contractor or developer mainly wants to know whether you have capacity, deliver on time and work tidily. You show that with reference projects, certifications and a website that feels businesslike and reliable. A sharp company presentation for tenders and an active LinkedIn profile often do more in that market than an Instagram feed full of before-and-afters.

Building servicesInstallation companies · Electrical installers · Plumbing companies +3

For installation companies, electrical installers, plumbers, roofers and specialists in HVAC, ventilation and solar energy, in housing, commercial construction and renovation.

How Graphic & Print helps building services

How do I show as an installer that we can handle large construction projects?

A main contractor or housing association looks at you differently than a homeowner. They want to know whether you have capacity, whether your certifications are in order and how you work together on site. Show that with reference projects per type of work, an overview of your accreditations and a short explanation of how you work, from preparation to handover. A sharp company presentation for tenders and a business route on your website finish it off.

Architecture firmsArchitecture firms · Landscape architects · Urban planning firms +3

For architecture firms, landscape architects, urban planners, architectural drafting offices and structural and building consultancies who want to give their designs and expertise the stage they deserve.

How Graphic & Print helps architecture firms

How do I present a design to a client or design review panel?

With visuals that show the design the way you see it, in a story a layperson can follow. We create renders and short animations from your own models and put them in a clear presentation: the site, the brief, the choices and the result. A presentation like that works as well at a first meeting as it does before a design review panel or at a neighbourhood information evening.

How do I attract larger or commercial clients?

Commercial clients, developers and public bodies look for proven experience with similar briefs. So also organise your projects by type, such as healthcare, education, housing or transformation, with the brief, your role and the result for each. A polished project book and a strong presentation help in selection procedures, tenders and pitches. On LinkedIn you show how you think, with short stories about the choices in your projects.

Prefab & modular buildingPrefab home builders · Modular builders · System builders +4

For prefab home builders, modular and system builders, timber frame builders and makers of tiny houses, granny annexes and temporary housing.

How Graphic & Print helps prefab & modular building

How do I reach municipalities and housing associations as a modular builder?

Decision-makers at municipalities and housing associations are looking for answers to a housing challenge, often with little time and many stakeholders. Give them their own route on your website with reference projects, lead times as you actually achieve them and answers on permits, placement and relocation. A clear presentation helps in meetings and tenders. With LinkedIn Ads you put your projects in front of aldermen, project leaders and property managers.

  • Design proposal as a polished document

Interior fit-out & joineryInterior fit-out companies · Furniture makers · Bespoke joinery workshops +2

For interior fit-out companies, furniture makers, bespoke joinery workshops, staircase builders and specialists in made-to-measure wardrobes and wall units, for homes and projects.

How Graphic & Print helps interior fit-out & joinery

How do I work well with architects and designers as an interior builder?

By making your contribution visible. Architects and designers look for an interior builder who understands their design, thinks along about details and delivers reliably. Show that with reference projects in which both design and execution get credit, and with a reference presentation you can send after a first meeting. A business route on your website and an active LinkedIn profile help you stay on the radar of the studios you like to work with.

How do I stand out at a trade fair or an open day in the workshop?

Above all, let people feel what you make: materials to touch, a half-finished piece that shows the craftsmanship and a short workshop video on a screen. A stand or signage in your own identity makes you recognisable among the rest. Ask visitors for their details and wishes on a tablet, and follow them up properly afterwards with a few emails. That way a busy day keeps paying off in the weeks after.

How Graphic & Print helps kitchens & bathrooms

  • Inspiration book for the showroom

A leaflet for the letterbox and an inspiration book with your own projects and collections. Something to take home and leaf through together on the sofa.

Contract interiorsContract interior companies · Office fit-out companies · Retail fit-out companies +3

For contract interior companies, office and retail fit-out specialists, hospitality and hotel fit-out companies, exhibition stand builders and contract furniture suppliers.

How Graphic & Print helps contract interiors

How do I win pitches or tenders more often as a contract interior company?

There are no guarantees, but you can make the assessor's job easy. A clear pitch deck with your approach, schedule and references from the same sector shows you understand the brief. With renders of the proposed interior the client can already picture the result, which makes choices and internal support easier. Make sure everything is designed in one style: if your documents are polished, people are more likely to trust your interiors will be too.

How do I show sustainable and circular fit-outs without greenwashing?

By being concrete and only claiming what you can back up. State which materials you reuse, which certifications a product actually has and what happens to the furniture at the end of its life, ideally per project. The Dutch competition authority ACM has guidelines on sustainability claims, and vague terms like 'green' or 'circular' without explanation are a risk under them. With clear copy and infographics you make your approach visible without exaggerating.

Agriculture & NatureFarm shops & local produce · Horticulture & garden centres · Recreation & farm experiences · Agri-tech & suppliers · Nature & landscape5 audiences
Farm shops & local produceFarm shops · Local food producers · Fruit growers +1

For farm shops, local food producers, fruit growers, dairy farms and livestock farmers who sell directly to consumers, restaurants or shops in the region.

How Graphic & Print helps farm shops & local produce

What makes a good label for a local product?

It has to say at a glance what it is and where it comes from, while including all the required information, such as ingredients, allergens, best-before date and weight. Use your own story: the name of the farm, a recognisable colour, an illustration of the landscape. That sets you apart from the own-brand product next to it. We design the label so it works on jars, bottles and boxes, and so your printer can get started without questions.

How do I sell my local produce to restaurants and shops?

Start with personal contact and then make it easy to keep ordering. A polished presentation or product sheet with your story, range and delivery options helps in the first conversation. Good photos of your products do the rest. If regular buyers order often, a simple ordering portal saves you a lot of back-and-forth messaging. That keeps it personal, without the admin eating up your evenings.

Horticulture & garden centresGreenhouse growers · Tree nurseries · Ornamental plant growers +1

For greenhouse growers, tree nurseries, ornamental plant growers and garden centres, from the grower who exports to the garden centre around the corner.

How Graphic & Print helps horticulture & garden centres

  • Sleeves, labels and plant tags

A sleeve or plant tag with care tips, a QR code and your brand, so the shopper in the garden centre sees who grew the plant and how to keep it healthy.

How do you present a nursery or greenhouse business to foreign buyers?

With a website that shows, in their language, what you grow, how you work and what you supply. Buyers want to find range, availability, quality and certifications quickly. Good photos and a drone video of your business give a first impression of scale and professionalism. A multilingual website that gets found in each country, plus a polished presentation for trade shows and meetings, keeps your story standing when you are not at the table yourself.

How does a grower show its own brand to consumers?

Through the product itself. A sleeve, label or plant tag with your name, care tips and a QR code to your own landing page connects the plant in the garden centre to your story. On that page you explain how you grow, share tips and point to stockists. With good packaging design and some social content you build a brand that way, even if you do not sell to consumers yourself.

Recreation & farm experiencesRecreational farms · Alpaca and animal farms · Pick-your-own gardens +2

For recreational farms, animal farms, pick-your-own gardens, farm campsites and care farms where visitors want to experience something, from a guided tour to a children's party.

How Graphic & Print helps recreation & farm experiences

  • Leaflet and map of the farm

A leaflet with activities for nearby campsites and tourist offices, and a map of the farm that takes visitors past the animals, the playground and the terrace.

Agri-tech & suppliersAgri-tech companies · Agricultural machinery dealers · Livestock housing suppliers +1

For agri-tech companies, agricultural machinery dealers, livestock housing suppliers, feed and input suppliers and agricultural contractors that help farmers and growers with technology, products and services.

How Graphic & Print helps agri-tech & suppliers

How do you present a machine or housing system at an agricultural show?

Let the product do the work and make sure the message can be read from a distance. One clear promise on the stand, the machine itself or part of it, and on a screen a 3D visual or animation of what you cannot see inside. Plan fixed demo moments and have a simple way to capture contact details. We design the stand and materials so you can use them at several shows.

Nature & landscapeNature and landscape organisations · Agricultural nature collectives · Landscape gardeners +1

For nature organisations, landscape managers, agricultural nature collectives, landscape gardeners and green space contractors that manage, create or protect nature and green spaces.

How Graphic & Print helps nature & landscape

  • Infographics on nature and management

What grows, blooms and returns, shown clearly for annual reports, grant reporting and social media.

  • Presentation for business clients

Green space contractors working for municipalities, housing associations and companies use a clear presentation and real projects to show how they handle landscaping and maintenance.

How do you show nature management without it becoming a dull report?

By telling it as a story of seasons and results. A drone video of the same area in spring and autumn, a photo series of what is coming back, a short infographic about what has been done. That works for donors, funders and residents. Figures belong in it, as long as they are correct. With drone footage and Infographics & data visualisation you make visible what happens in the field, even for people who never go there themselves.

How does a green space contractor approach business clients and tenders?

With a professional and consistent image. Clients like municipalities and housing associations want to see which services you provide, with what equipment and certifications, and who you already work for. Put that clearly on your website, with project pages of real assignments. For tenders, a consistent visual identity for plans of approach and a polished presentation help, so your bid looks as good as your work.

All about Agriculture & Nature
Food & RetailFood producers & brands · Bakers, butchers & food shops · Food trucks & catering · Shops & concept stores · Web shops & e-commerce5 audiences
Food producers & brandsFood producers · Food startups · Regional food producers +3

For food producers, food startups, regional producers, coffee roasters, breweries, distilleries and food wholesalers who want their product to stand out on the shelf, in hospitality and online.

How Graphic & Print helps food producers & brands

How do you design packaging that stands out on the shelf?

Start with the second in which someone walks past the shelf. What should they see? Usually one thing: what it is and why it is different. A clear brand name, a strong colour or shape and a calm back do more than ten claims on the front. In the packaging design we neatly make room for the mandatory information, such as ingredients, allergens and shelf life. You supply the correct content or have it checked. We make sure it is legible and fits.

How do you get your food product into shops and restaurants?

Buyers are offered lots of new products and have little time. Help them with a short sales presentation or product sheet: what it is, who it is for, what the margin and shelf life are, and how it fits their range. Good product photography and a sample pack that looks well cared for do the rest. We make that presentation in your own style, so you can adapt it yourself for each meeting. We cannot promise you a spot on the shelf, but we can promise a strong story at the table.

Bakers, butchers & food shopsBakeries · Butcher shops · Delicatessens +2

For bakeries, butchers, delis, cheese shops, supermarkets and other food shops that want to bring the neighbourhood through the door, from artisan baker to independent supermarket owner.

How Graphic & Print helps bakers, butchers & food shops

What does a new visual identity do for a bakery or food shop?

Above all recognition and calm. A good visual identity makes your shopfront, bread bags, price tags, delivery van and Instagram feel like one business. That makes you recognisable in the street and familiar online. It helps your pricing too: a well-kept shop comes across as artisan rather than cheap. We keep it practical, with files your printer and packaging supplier can use straight away. And we take your craftsmanship as the starting point, not the latest trend.

Food trucks & cateringFood trucks · Caterers · Corporate caterers +1

For food trucks, caterers, corporate caterers and meal services that want to fill their calendar with weddings, festivals, company parties and regular business clients.

How Graphic & Print helps food trucks & catering

  • A truck people recognise

Vehicle graphics, menu board and clothing in one style, so you stand out right away at every festival and business park.

How does my food truck stand out from the rest at a festival?

At a festival, ten trucks may stand side by side and a visitor decides from twenty metres away. At that point it has to be clear at a glance what you sell. A short name, a strong colour and a menu board with five dishes instead of fifteen work better than a truck covered in text. We design the vehicle graphics, menu board, clothing and social templates from one visual identity. That way people recognise you on Instagram too, and next year on the same field.

Shops & concept storesRetail chains · Franchise formats · Concept stores +2

For independent shopkeepers, retail chains, franchise formats, concept stores and service shops such as repair shops, who want their physical store and online channel to work together.

How Graphic & Print helps shops & concept stores

Web shops & e-commerceWeb shops · D2C brands · Online food stores +1

For web shops, online retailers, D2C brands, online food stores and made-to-measure suppliers, from new web shop to established e-commerce player, and the marketers and e-commerce managers behind them.

How Graphic & Print helps web shops & e-commerce

How does a D2C brand build a brand that does not compete on price alone?

By giving a reason to choose you that has nothing to do with discounts. A clear story about where your product comes from, who it is for and what you do differently, translated into a brand strategy you see everywhere. The unboxing is your first physical contact with the customer: well-considered packaging design makes that moment worth sharing. People who recognise your brand are less quick to compare on price.

MunicipalitiesMunicipalities · Inter-municipal partnerships · City marketing organisations +1

For municipalities, inter-municipal partnerships, city marketing and communication, planning and economic departments that want to inform residents and businesses clearly and accessibly.

How Graphic & Print helps municipalities

  • Plain-language letters and leaflets

A letter or leaflet for a neighbourhood that says at a glance what is changing, when, and where to go with questions. With a QR code to the project page for those who want to know more.

Provinces & water boardsProvinces · Water boards · Environmental agencies +1

For provinces, water boards, environmental agencies and safety regions with large projects, many stakeholders and a story that goes beyond a single municipality.

How Graphic & Print helps provinces & water boards

  • Budget or annual report in infographics

Figures on water quality, investments, dyke reinforcement or safety understandable at a glance, for the website, the annual report and presentations to the board and residents.

How do you make a budget or annual report readable for residents?

By picking out the main points and visualising them. Where does the money come from, where does it go and what does a resident notice of it? A few clear Infographics & data visualisation and a short summary in plain language do more than a hundred pages of tables. The full document stays available for those who want it, ideally as an accessible web page rather than only a PDF. That way you account for your choices and people actually read it.

Public organisationsGovernment agencies · Independent public bodies · Housing associations +1

For government agencies, independent public bodies, housing associations, libraries and other public institutions that want to serve a large and diverse group of people well.

How Graphic & Print helps public organisations

  • An annual report people read

An annual report as an accessible web page and as a polished PDF, with the main points in plain language and infographics for those who want to scan quickly.

Region & economyRegional development agencies · Economic boards · Regional marketing organisations +2

For regional development agencies, economic boards, regional marketing, tourist offices and business improvement funds that want to attract companies, talent and visitors to their region.

How Graphic & Print helps region & economy

  • Joint trade fair stand

A stand at a trade or property fair where the region and the participating companies tell one story together, with visuals that can be read from a distance.

How do you present the region at an international trade fair?

With one clear story in which the region comes first and the participating companies get a place underneath. Make sure the visuals can be read from a distance, materials are in English and there is a presentation every participant can use. Agree in advance how you will follow up contacts, because that is often where things go wrong after the fair. We design the stand, the presentation and the materials as one whole.

Social domain & participationCommunity social teams · Sheltered employment companies · Debt counselling services +1

For community social teams, sheltered employment companies, debt counselling, youth work and participation processes in which residents seek help or want to have their say.

How Graphic & Print helps social domain & participation

  • Icons that explain without words

Icons and illustrations that show where to go and what to bring. Useful for people who find reading hard or are still learning the language.

How do you write for people who find reading difficult?

Short, concrete and with one message per piece. Use short sentences and everyday words, put the most important action at the top and leave the rest out or move it further down. Icons and a short video help people who prefer watching to reading. Test texts with the audience themselves, because what seems clear to you is not always clear to them. With good copy at B1 reading level you reach far more people, including those who read well.

Graphic design and print, from first sketch to print-ready file

What does a graphic design agency do?

A graphic design agency translates your brand and your message into things you can see, hold and share. Business cards and letterheads, of course. But also brochures, magazines, annual reports, packaging, trade-show booths, presentations and infographics.

Good graphic design is not decoration. It makes information quick to understand, keeps your brand recognisable everywhere and tells your reader what the next step is. A beautiful leaflet that nobody acts on is mostly beautiful scrap paper.

We work from your existing visual identity, or build it first. That way every piece connects with your website, your social media and your campaigns. We combine design with knowledge of printing techniques, paper stocks and finishes. Because what looks good on your screen has to look just as good on paper. And it should be affordable to produce, too. Beautiful and practical, that is the point.

Print-ready files: what to look out for

A beautiful design is worth little if it comes off the press crooked, blurry or in the wrong colour. That is why we deliver everything print-ready, according to your printer's specifications:

  • Colours in CMYK, or in Pantone (PMS) for spot colours that must be exact
  • At least 3 mm bleed on all sides, plus crop marks
  • Images at a minimum of 300 dpi at actual size
  • Fonts embedded or converted to outlines
  • Export as PDF/X with the correct colour profile
  • Allowance for folds, spine width and die lines

Before anything leaves the studio, we check the files for the usual pitfalls: low resolution, RGB images that quietly slipped through, text sitting too close to the trim line. Is it an important print run? Then we recommend a hard proof, so you can really see and feel colour and paper beforehand. What you approve is then what gets delivered. No surprises when you open the box.

From packaging to trade-show booth: designing in 3D

Some designs need to be seen in space to be judged properly. Packaging has six sides, a trade-show booth several walls and a company van curves, doors and windows. A flat design on your screen only tells half the story.

That is why, for packaging design, we work directly on your manufacturer's die line. We visualise the result as a realistic 3D mock-up in Blender. That way you see in advance how your packaging sits on the shelf, how your booth looks from the aisle and exactly where your graphics fall on the vehicle. Better a surprise on your screen than on the production floor.

An added bonus: those renders are ready to use straight away. For your web shop, your social media and your campaigns, before the first unit even exists. And when you present to your team or to retailers, everyone looks at the same end result. That saves a lot of 'I imagined it differently'.

Sustainable print

Print and sustainability go together fine, as long as you choose consciously. We help you think about:

  • FSC or PEFC certified paper, or recycled paper
  • A realistic print run, so no boxes end up in the attic
  • Formats that fit efficiently on a press sheet, with less trim waste
  • Less ink, and finishes that do not get in the way of recycling
  • Mono-materials for packaging, so it is easier to recycle

Sometimes the smartest advice is not to print at all. An interactive PDF, an online flipbook or a digital business card might do the job just as well. We look honestly at what suits your goal, even if that means less print. Honest advice is sustainable too.

Printing after all? Then we choose a printer that matches your sustainability ambitions, and a paper stock that suits both your brand and your story.

Frequently asked

Graphic & Print Design: 12 answers to the questions we get most.

Martijn, Noud and the rest are happy to help.

How much does graphic design or print design cost?

It depends on the piece and its scope. A business card, flyer or label within your existing identity starts from a few hundred euros. A brochure, magazine, packaging range or trade-show booth is more extensive. Printing costs come on top and depend on print run, paper and finishing. Our configurator at letsgo.m7branding.com shows an indication instantly, or request a tailored proposal.

Do you also arrange the printing?

Yes, if you want us to. We request quotes, advise on paper and finishing, check the proof and safeguard quality and planning until delivery. Already have a regular printer? Then we deliver files to their specifications.

What does print-ready mean?

Print-ready means your printer can process the file without any changes. Think of colours in CMYK or Pantone, at least 3 mm bleed, crop marks, images at a minimum of 300 dpi, embedded fonts and a PDF/X export with the correct colour profile. That is how we deliver by default.

What is the difference between RGB, CMYK and Pantone?

RGB is the colour space of screens. CMYK is built from four process inks (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) and is used for most print. Pantone is a standardised system of spot colours, ideal when a brand colour must be exact, for example on packaging or letterheads. We record all three values in your identity.

How long does designing print take?

A business card or flyer is usually ready for the printer within a week. A brochure or presentation takes 2 to 4 weeks on average, a magazine, annual report or packaging range 4 to 8 weeks. Printing and delivery often add 3 to 10 working days, depending on print run and finishing.

Can you work with my existing visual identity?

Definitely. We work with your identity and guidelines, even if another agency developed them. Is something missing or does your identity need a refresh? Then we advise on what is needed to keep everything consistent.

Do you also design packaging and labels?

Yes. We design boxes, labels, tags, pouches and sleeves, directly on your manufacturer's die line. You see your packaging beforehand as a realistic 3D mock-up, which you can also use for your web shop and social media.

Can my print be produced sustainably?

Yes. We advise on FSC or PEFC certified and recycled paper, a realistic print run, efficient formats and finishes that do not get in the way of recycling. Would a digital alternative work better? Then we will honestly tell you.

Do you create presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides?

Yes. We design pitch decks and company presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or Figma, including a master layout so your team can create on-brand presentations themselves.

Do I receive the open source files?

On delivery you receive the print-ready PDFs and, where agreed, the open files in InDesign, Illustrator or Figma. Want to make simple changes yourself? Then we also deliver templates in Canva.

How many correction rounds are included?

By default we include two correction rounds. Need more? We agree on that transparently upfront, so you never face surprises.

Do you only work for companies in the Eindhoven region?

No. We are based in Nistelrode, in the Eindhoven region, but work for clients throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and beyond. We have print delivered wherever you need it.
