Berkley Investments invests in real estate and energy, with social impact as its starting point. That tone had to come through in a new website and in print: solid, warm and without frills, with the projects themselves in the leading role.
We chose deep green with gold, a classic serif in capitals and plenty of room for images of the buildings. In the web design the logo sits large over a monumental building, with a calm grid over it, and at the top a field to leave your email address straight away, next to the menu with Who we are, Real estate, Energy and ESG. In the track record the projects appear as large cards in a slider, such as Beyart in Maastricht and Hart in Hilvarenbeek, each showing the use type and the deal type. Then comes a block on energy: 'We believe in blue, but embrace green'. In the brochure Social Impact gets a spread of its own, covering the business rationale behind social impact and the theme of inclusivity. For the web design and the brochure we created extensive visualisations of the projects.
