A brand that had stood for 20 years, refreshed. A process with multiple stakeholders, resulting in a subtle change with a lot of effect: a new logo, a brandbook and print from for-sale sign to business card. The foundation for everything that followed: the website, investment memorandums, videos of exclusive homes and the valuation portal.
An identity that had been a familiar sight for twenty years, yet was ready for renewal. In 2018 we looked for the small change with the big effect for Bernheze Makelaars.

Bernheze Makelaars asked us for a complete rebrand of an identity that had been familiar for twenty years. That calls for structure, and for respect for what's already there. Especially with several stakeholders at the table.
With the management team we started from the original identity, the vision, the mission and the core values. After a few sessions on brand archetypes we arrived at 'the ruler': without fuss, the brand shows experience, quality and authority. Through style frames and several feedback rounds we arrived at a new logo.
We captured colours, typography, icons and imagery in a brandbook. In the new style we designed the for-sale signs, business cards, stationery, presentation kits, roll-up banners and flyers.
That brandbook became the foundation for everything that followed: the website with a face of its own for each department, the investment memorandums, the videos of exclusive homes and the portal for commercial valuations. Each of those projects follows below as a chapter of its own.

The Bernheze Makelaars website, with multi-department branding: residential, agricultural, commercial, valuations and property management each have their own face within one brand. Listings for residential, commercial and agricultural come in through Realworks integrations, new-build projects have pages of their own, and use-case pages are built for GEO.

Residential, agricultural, commercial, valuations and property management: five departments, each with its own clients. On the Bernheze Makelaars website, every department got a face of its own, within one brand.
In 2020 we built the website in Webflow, with multi-department branding. At the top you choose a department, and from there you get its own accent colour, its own menu and its own button to that department's listings. That way a farmer feels just as at home as someone looking for a house or wanting to let a commercial building.
Listings for residential, commercial and agricultural come in through Realworks integrations. You search and filter, and save a search if the right property isn't there yet. New-build projects have pages of their own, with the plots and home types per project.
Every service has a use-case page: selling a home, leasing an agricultural property, having a commercial building valued. Each page explains step by step how it works and answers the frequently asked questions. Those pages are built for GEO, so search engines and AI assistants find the answer to exactly the question someone asks.

For the valuation department we built a portal for commercial valuations. Clients log in with a code sent by email, see their files with a status and deliver the expected documents per file, with a check on whether everything is complete. Then they submit the file, and later they view the report there.
A commercial valuation starts with a pile of documents. In the Bernheze Makelaars valuation portal, clients deliver them in one place, and see straight away what is still missing.
In 2025 we built the portal in Webflow, with Wized for the logic and Make for the automations. Clients create an account and log in with a code they receive by email. Their dashboard lists their files, each with a status.
Each file lists the documents that are expected. Clients upload them, or mark a document as not applicable, and the portal keeps track of whether everything is complete. Only then do they submit the file. An activity log shows what has happened, and when the valuation is done, they view the report there.
On Bernheze's side, the valuers create files and follow them up in an admin environment of their own. That way they receive complete files.

For the sale of commercial property we design investment memorandums in the Bernheze Makelaars house style: from the cover to the maps showing location and accessibility, such as for Gezondheidscentrum Ceres in Heesch.

An investment memorandum is often a buyer's first introduction to a property. Bernheze Makelaars wanted those documents to be as polished as the rest of the brand.
We design the investment memorandums in the new house style. A cover with the property shown large, followed by fixed chapters: an introduction, information about the property, the layout, cadastral information, location and setting, and accessibility. Maps of the immediate surroundings and of the route along the motorways make the location clear at a glance. Gezondheidscentrum Ceres in Heesch, for example, got a memorandum of its own.
Memorandums that present a property calmly and completely, and that you recognise as Bernheze straight away.

We shoot, edit and produce videos of the most exclusive mansions of a million euros and up that Bernheze Makelaars has for sale.
A picture says more than a thousand words, let alone video. For Bernheze Makelaars we film the most exclusive villas they sell.
Bernheze Makelaars asked us to present their most exclusive homes better. So we didn't talk for long, we showed what we could do. Together we plan shoot days on location at the villas.
We film with a stabilised handheld camera and a drone. That way you see the villa, the garden and the surroundings in one fluid movement. Then we put a lot of time into the edit, and choose music that suits the style of each home.

Today may be the day to meet your strategic partner.
