Munjz Connect is one SaaS platform for commercial and residential facility management. The same product has to appeal to offices, healthcare facilities, schools, industry, retail, hotels, real estate and public bodies, and to different roles within those organisations.
We developed a new strategic direction for the platform and translated it into a roadmap and features. Then came the UI/UX of the product and the web design. The website is built around two entry points, by industry and by role, with a toggle on the solutions page. Each industry gets a card with its own image. The homepage shows the product in a dashboard and on a phone, with tabs for manage, maintain, track and report, and features such as corrective work orders and tenant communication. The menus open onto clear panels, with separate cards for commercial and residential management.
A clear course for the platform, and a SaaS website on which every visitor quickly finds their own way in.
