GRM: a tailor-made resource management tool

Genson Quality Plants wanted its own tool to plan and manage people and resources. Not a package off the shelf, but something that fits the way they work.

We started with IT advice and wireframes, then moved through clickable prototypes to UI/UX design and the build. That way there was something to react to at every step, before a line of code was written.

GRM got modules for planning, weekly schedules, staff, housing with a bed planner, a planning board, check-in and check-out and a revenue overview. The bed planner shows who's staying in each room. Charts and tables show at a glance how things stand.
