A lot comes together in an insurance portal: properties, premiums, risk scores, applications, claims and client data checks. All that information had to stay clear for the people who work with it every day.
We worked out the concept and designed the complete UI/UX: a calm portal with dark blue navigation and four main areas, dashboard, clients, policies and claims. A policy shows the property on the map with its key details, next to a breakdown of the premium and a button to create the policy schedule. New applications sit in a list with a risk score you can open for the underlying checks, such as IBAN, Chamber of Commerce and KYC. A claim file has photos, documents and a live chat. For each client one block shows which validations are complete and lets you export the details as a PDF, and in the settings you decide when reminders go out and edit the email templates.
A portal in which policy, application and claim each have a clear place of their own.
