How satisfied are people at large international companies with their IT? For Giarte Media Group we helped build dashboards that show it in real time.
Giarte helps large international companies with IT strategy and communication. To support a smart IT transformation, Giarte wanted to show in real time how satisfied their clients' users are with IT.
We helped build real-time dashboards in Tableau and the data warehousing behind them. Each dashboard is tailored to the wishes of a major client, including a map showing the figures per country. That brings IT satisfaction per client into plain view.
