We helped Repairlab develop a next level corporate identity that has contributed to reaching the Apple Premium Service Provider entitlement
Repairlab is a Dutch smartphone repair center that has gone sky high due to a combination of both – very high quality of service and an Apple-similar philosophy. We helped Repairlab develop a fresh corporate identity along with some important branding products such as a tone of voice, style of typography and iconography, business cards, a car wrap design and visual styles for printed documents. While designing these, the Apple guidelines have been taken in to account strictly. The starting point in all of this is to give customers the confidence that their device would be in the exact right hands at Repairlab. The combination of a crisp typography style, powerful one-liners and a reliable tone of voice in the communications on the website and in posted content makes sure customers are caught at the very first sight. We also helped developing a very clean and recognizable visual style to explain customer trajectories which has contributed to an enhanced expectation management for Repairlab's customers. This branding process is an ongoing project that has been running since 2019.
